I don't have an issue with a budget hotel, but this place was awful. I would've moved but every college and high school in the area was having graduation ceremonies, so there was no where to go. I entered the lobby to check-in, no one was at the desk and the area smelled of marijuana. The hallway leading to my room (when someone finally wandered to the front to check me in) was also smelly, though this was not the dank smell of weed, it was more like wet dog. I've attached pictures of some of the visual issues in the room, but it also featured a non-functioning television, a fridge that only reached a tepid temperature, broken drawers, carpet that needed cleaning and a blow dryer that was dead. I thought about asking for another room, but I glanced out the window and noticed random people standing in the parking lot and many cars stopping by for brief moments, and decided it might be better not to draw attention to myself. My room key failed to work each and every evening when I returned and one of the employees at the front desk got very snarky with me when I had to return a second time with the malfunctioning key card. He offered me a quick tutorial on how to use one. I've stayed in plenty of hotels so I do know how to open a door, thanks, and the condescending attitude really made me angry. In closing, I wasn't expecting anything beyond a clean room to sleep in as I was busy at a convention all day. I didn't get remotely close to that goal.

Terrible !!! Smells bad ,people drinking outside with loud music just terrible didnt even checkin

Too much foot traffic all night long. Weed smoke was heavy throughout the building. Hookers and drug dealers every where. Rooms are in need of a total makeover. Peeling paint, ceiling falling down, and the breakfast was super bad.

Too many people hanging around outside the hotel ,people fighting slamming doors smoking drugs inside the hotel

Filthy deplorable ! I have contacted NC Dept of Health as well! Would not even place suitcase on floor of elevator! Arrived after MN so could not relocate! When I called to speak to mgmt next day he hung up on me!

The outside, inside, and the entire property looks ghetto. Loud noises in hotel and outside all day and night.

Checked in our door didn't lock, bathroom lite didn't work room was filthy and incease burns where everywhere. You really get wat you pay for

The room was absolutely disgusting, and the lobby was damp, molded, dark and smelly. Carpet was wet and all the baseboards were covered in mold and dirt. The room had dead bugs, dust collected on floors, tv area and the bathroom had a black ring around the base of the toilet. It was horrible. This place should not be in business.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures and it should not be listed online. The first room I was in I had to keep killing spiders and I kept itching. The second room had roaches and was still itchy. This hotel was just disgusting and needs to be closed.

When we entered room there were a jug of juice and cup in room. Bathroom shower broken. Worst part someone came in room while we were sleeping

Room was pretty good. however, the hallways and outside building a run down.

Get rid of the third floor...offer a room on the first or second floor before sending guest to the third...I felt like I was walking through a prison on the third floor, i've never been to a prison but can I image that's what it's like.

Our stay was not as we expected, the hotel usevto be a nice looking hotel. Noe, the bathroom is crappie... Something is going on with there water system were the roof has water damage and the shower has rust. Its like the the roof will fall in.... There was hair everywhere and it was very humid

The staff was polite but the hotel was deplorable. As soon as you entered, the carpeting smelled like wet clothes left in the washing machine overnight. It went from bad to worse. The hallway had missing baseboards with large gaps between the wall and floor. The room door was damaged (piece of wood layer missing), the shower wall paint was bubbling due to water stains and mold, the toilet cover was on the floor, the ceiling panel was rusty, the white wastebasket/walls were dirty, my pillowcases were stained, there were bugs flying around landing on the wall, the desk chair was broken, and I had a view of the side of the building. I did not feel safe and sleep well because of the poor room/hotel conditions and unsavory guests. It appeared like this was Section 8 housing or a hang out and hook up spot. The only thing working well was the air conditioner which sounded like the freezer making ice and the Internet thus I cancelled my 3 other nights reservation and booked at another hotel.

Stayed here a few days for work and can't complain about anything for the price. Wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation or anything like that.

When I went to take a shower, there was no shower head. Absolutely aweful experience. I tried complaining and no one answered the phone at the front desk. I went down and the only response was , "you stay again, yes?" I said definitely not!

Well I checked in looked around and chose to check out the smell was horrible the stains on walls and towel and even picture frames it looked grungy . I did not feel safe there I had to check out in an hour so I paid for nothing but it was ok by me because there was no way I could have stay there a day or a night.

This hotel is not in a very good part of town. First of all there is a gas station dirctly at the entrance of the hotel, both are on the same grounds. The hotel room is not pleasant. The furniture is old and peeling. The window seat cushion is dirty, and has spilled liquid marks. The walls need to be painted (dirty). Looking out my window at the back of the hotel is a lot of trash.

I would not recommend this motel due to the area in which it is located.

Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The location was great being right off the belt line. The room was very well equipped for the price. Lots of lighting and mirrors, came with a fridge and microwave, coffee maker, and had a neat little lounge area/extra bed in the window. Room had a closet and large dresser drawers as well as the usual desk/chair. Bed was comfy and clean as was the bathroom. Ceiling above shower is showing some rust, but no mold was evident.

Water damage in front of the dead televison Shelf that swayed every time it was touched. Giant gash in the wall. Doesn't this look safe?
