Parking spaces too narrow so it’s difficult to open doors without hitting other cars
Location to Duke University, Research Triangle, and Airport is a true plus.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was a pretty great experience. The staff at the check in were, prompt, courteous, efficient and performed their jobs with ease and professionalism. The room was clean, nicely designed, and the bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast staff catered to our needs and kept the food well-stocked. I can truly appreciate a well-run hotel and this one should be 4 stars easy. Keep up the great work!
The hotel is good, but is clearly needs better architecting and design. The lobby area is not as impressive, spacious or friendly as the Homewood Suites hotel right across the street. The rooms and bathrooms are quite large.
Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Toaster broken. Little food selection.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Several restaurants and a Walmart near by that were convenient. RoI'm was comfortable and clean. Felt safe at the location.

I chose this hotel to get away for a while to relax and this hotel was the perfect spot. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, pancake machine was hard to operate but other than that, breakfast was fine.

We had a very nice stay in a clean and comfortable room. The following morning we were given complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The hotel was kind enough to allow us to park our car for a week and then offer a complimentary return to the hotel.
When I originally booked this room I did it based on the price. I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in a long time but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was HUGE and perfect for me and my boyfriend. The hotel wasn't swarming with guest so it was nice and quiet and easy to get breakfast in the morning without lots of people. It was kind of far from where I needed to be but that was to be expected but it was easy to get from the hotel to where I needed to go. The hotel staff was available when we needed it and like I said in the title, my stay was better than expected!

Our pet fee is set by IHG and we would never go over what they have set as standard, but I completely understand having to pay for your pet when travailing. I have a furry friend as well and he goes where I go. We will make sure we bring up what our guests feel about the pet fee at our next brand standard meeting. Thank you again.
