Michael was a great host! Check-in was easy and we had everything we needed for our stay in Durham. The house is definitely unique. We enjoyed using the fire pit one night and the kids loved making s’mores. We also left an iPad behind and Michael was kind enough to find it and take it over to my sister’s house for us. We would stay there again!

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The home is just like the photos, very clean and well-stocked, and it’s just an all-around cool house architecturally. Check-in was very easy with the keypad and Michael was very communicative, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This home is quiet, cozy and the trees are beautiful. It is stocked with basics like soap, garbage bags, and other amenities that are terrifically helpful. The location is convenient to many things. It is a unique layout and interesting to experience. I took off one star because we did not get the access code for the house until we had almost arrived there from out of state with a tired family. This was a glitch according to the host which is being looked into. VRBO customer service had to intervene, which they successfully did, but it was an unfortunate stressor in a holiday week. The house could use some maintenance but it is fine overall and met our needs. Once reached, the host was gracious and apologetic for the initial issues.
