It is based on my family and I reporting an item we are 100% sure we left behind in the room and after contacting the hotel within a half and hour after checking out, calling again the next day and submitting a claim online, we have yet to hear anything from (Courtyard Marriott Raleigh Durham )7 days later.

Staff was nice. forgot my phone charger. Staff no help in solving the problem. Did not know till after the fact that housekeeping is not provided for 2 night stays. Disappointed to find my bed unmade and wet towels on the floor. Includes breakfast, but it is next door in another hotel. Strange. This is not covered when making reservations.
