My rating is not so much based on the room or amenities.which were good. It is based on my family and I reporting an item we are 100% sure we left behind in the room and after contacting the hotel within a half and hour after checking out, calling again the next day and submitting a claim online, we have yet to hear anything from (Courtyard Marriott Raleigh Durham )7 days later.
