This property and management company (host) were absolutely amazing! The host communicated quickly and thoroughly before and during our stay. Their messages were friendly and very professional. The host sent the check-in instructions when promised. They were very generous in letting us occupy the home a little earlier than the check-in time which was very appreciated after a day of travel and conference activities. The pictures were true to what you will see but the home is even better in person. All furnishings were very modern and new in appearance. The home was decorated beautifully. It was as if the host thought of every detail (art work, etc.) in every room. Every room was very clean and in pristine condition. Every amenity listed as being available in the home (i.e. air mattress, linens, cleaning supplies, etc.) were all there for our use. We had perfect weather for the rooftop patio which was also in pristine condition. The elevator was essential for us as we used it for the many bags of luggage we had. The three and a 1/2 baths were fabulous for us 4 adult women attending a huge conference. We were a 7 to 8 minute walk to the Raleigh Convention Center. There is a BBQ restaurant right across the street with good food. We felt safe walking to and from the Convention Center and restaurant during any time of the day. Checkout was simple and easy. We highly recommend this property. It was a good value for the location, size, amenities and modern vibe of home.
