I reserved the king jacuzzi suite ad a gift for my son, daughter-in-law & my brand new granddaughter who live in Atlanta Georgia & came up for the holidays. I went up early to check in & get the room ready for their arrival but the front desk refused to let me. Their reasoning was that it was because i lived in Quincy & they dont allow rooms for locals. Beings that it was reserved in my name(even though it was for my son & his family) & address i couldn't check into it & they would rather let it sit unoccupied. I had to scramble to find somewhere for them to stay. With it being the holiday it wasn't easy & i didnt get them somewhere with the quality of room i had intended for them. It didn't say anything about not letting locals stay there when i made the reservation or when i got the confirmation of my booking from them. It seems to me that it is flat out discrimination against the local community

It snowed the week that I stayed at this hotel. The parking lot was not maintained well and was very dangerous to walk from my car to the front door.

It was late/early...2 am... when I arrived. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Maybe it was just me. I had had a long travel day from hell... but I couldn't have felt less welcome when I arrived at this hotel.

Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. Very clean rooms with amazingly comfortable beds. Breakfast was lacking but it was free. Parking was fine; immediate area felt a bit gritty/sketchy. However we had no issues.
