Séjour très agréable à Ty Laouen

Cette toute petite maison est idéalement située : vraiment tout près du centre de Quiberon, mais au calme, à St Julien, dans une ruelle très mignonne, elle-même située à deux pas d'une plage. Le coin cuisine est si sommaire que nous n'avons pas cuisiné, ce que nous avons trouvé très bien ! L'escalier est un peu raide, mais il suffit de descendre en arrière. Le seul bémol de cette location est la literie (matelas trop mou, très mauvais pour les fragiles du dos…).

Toller Urlaub

Das kleine Häuschen ist super und es ist so klein, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Ich verbrachte mehr als 4 Wochen hier und war die meiste Zeit alleine (ideal), mal kam mein Mann vorbei (ging auch), mal mein Sohn (war ok). Wenn man das Schlafsofa unten auszieht ist halt unten kaum mehr Platz. Aber ein Paar hat im großen Doppelbett oben genug Platz. Es ist alles da was man braucht, im Elektroofen kann man sogar die leckeren lokalen Fischaufläufe oder Pizza aufbacken. Gartenstühle, um sich draußen auf die Straße zu setzen (kommt fast nie ein Auto), sind auch vorhanden. Die beiden Fahrräder sind Gold wert, denn in Quiberon kommt man überall ohne größere Anstrengung mit dem Fahrrad hin. Internet ist auch super, Fernseher habe ich gar nicht angeschlossen. Toll fand ich die Lage, denn mit dem Rad ist man in 5-7 Min. in der Stadt und in 5 Min. an meinem Lieblingsstrand (Plage du Petit Rohu). Selbst in der Hochsaison war da nicht viel los. Schließlich kann ich nur noch sagen, dass in dem Viertel, das sehr dörflich ist, sehr nette Leute wohnen. Entspannt hätte mich im Vorfeld ein Hinweis, wo genau ich mein Auto kostenlos parken kann. Das ist aber in der Hochsaison wohl ein Geheimnis. Man muss nur die Nachbarn fragen....(z.B. Avenue des Terre Neuvas Richtung Meer auf der linken Seite) : )

location sans charme

La photo du salon est trompeuse car prise au grand angle. En fait, le rez de chaussé est très petit. La table destinée aux repas et les sièges sont presque sur la première marche de l'escalier. Minimum d'ustensiles de cuisine et datant d'une autre époque. Ne cherchez pas la TV, scotchée et cachée dans une armoire, doute sur son fonctionnement car câblage étrange. Il y a quand même le wifi. Contrairement à l'annonce, il est impossible de stationner son véhicule dans la rue...ni sur le mini parking de la petite place car toujours occupé et en zone bleue. Autre parking à 150 m mais limité à quatre heures et aussi en zone bleue plus passage de la police municipale, donc impossible de laisser sa voiture sauf à de grandes distances. Dès le premier jour la douche était bouchée et ne s'écoulait plus le deuxième jour. Arrivés le samedi, nous sommes repartis le mercredi matin... Seuls et uniques points positifs, la Bretagne et les Bretons sont accueillants, notamment le propriétaire de la maison qui donne sur la place à l'extrémité de cette petite rue. Après avoir loué en de multiples lieux, c'est la première déception que nous enregistrons. Location à déconseiller, j'ignore qui sont les personnes qui ont laissé des messages de satisfaction sur le "livre d'or" mais elles doivent être aveugles.

Génial ty laouen

SUPER!! Ty laouen est une maison de pécheur joliment décorée, on s y sent comme a la maison, dans un quartier très tranquille, des velos a disposition pour les balades. Un accueil cool avec Marie et une sortie tout aussi cool avec Ulrich. N hésiter pas si vous êtes en couple ou avec 1 enfant!!

Un souci avec la plateforme Abritel, mais vite réglé grâce aux gérants !!

Visiblement, il y a eu un bug sur Abritel et la maison était déjà occupée à notre arrivée sans que les gérants en soient informés ; heureusement, ils nous ont déniché un autre bien tout aussi sympathique et à proximité, et le séjour s'est très bien passé ! Un grand merci à eux !
