L'appartement est trĂšs encombrĂ©. Il manque clairement d'Ă©quipements de base dans la cuisine (ciseaux, planche Ă  dĂ©couper, couteaux, bouilloire...). Le mĂ©nage est Ă©galement Ă  revoir car beaucoup d'endroits Ă©taient sales Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. La tv n'en parlons pas, mĂȘme si pas beaucoup utilisĂ©. Le lit serait Ă©galement Ă  changer car il y a un creux au milieu.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© tout prĂšs de l’embarcadĂšre pour Belle-Ăźle et de la cĂŽte sauvage. A 10 mn des commerces et du centre ville. De trĂšs bons restaurants Ă  5mn Ă  pied. IdĂ©al pour 2 personnes mais trop petit pour 3. La rue est calme et nous avons pu dormir les fenĂȘtres ouvertes sans problĂšme. La rĂ©sidence est tranquille et sĂ©curisĂ©e.
