La fachada, recepción y restaurante son muy bonitos, modernos y conservan el estilo colonial. Sin embargo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, con inmobiliario viejo que las hace ver descuidadas y anticuadas. La atención del staff de igual manera pudo mejorar en muchos aspectos. Por el precio y por cómo aparecen como VIP en la app, esperaba más del hotel y de la gente que trabaja ahí.

Excelente opción en Tequisquiapan! Vamos por trabajo a San Juan del Río, nos gusta mucho cenar en el hotel y trabajar en el jardín, muy recomendable.

They barely clean the rooms. The rooms look in order at first, but there were tons of sone previous guest's hairs, the closet was dusty, there were several insects roaming around in the bathroom. They don't have a "do not disturb " sign, so the housekeepers need to knock on the doors, hence disturbing the guests. Front desk staff are very friendly, but the massage service is terrible. The garden and the pool are very nice

Hotel has a wonderful lush garden with beautiful pool area. Room was ok, booked a room with 3 beds for four people. Restroom was way too small with only one little sink, for sure not recommended for 4 ladies. Staff was very helpful.

Upscale elegance nestled in historic town. Stayed as a large family between two rooms and loved the pools, hammocks, and very comfortable bedding. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. On-site restaurant was superb. Would stay here again 100%.
