I am three weeks into a 3 month stay at fiesta inn, on arrival i was promised i would be put into a loft or a room with a fridge after 3 weeks of asking everyday and speaking to the manager and promised by the staff and knowing of rooms being available i have come to the conclusion that i am stuck in room 257
This was my first stay in Mexico and it did not disappoint. My hotel room was spacious, the internet was strong, and the restaurant/bar was very nicely stocked and breakfast was varied. The grounds are also quite beautiful with places to sit and chat with friends or colleagues. Parking is plenty and access to the rest of the city is easy. The concierges were able to answer any questions I had (and my Spanish is only so-so).
waited 45 minutes for a club sandwich and snack plate. after 30 min wait. I checked with the bar. I was told the order was in but she could not see the kitchen so I don't know if its done. When I got a manager to check the food was done, cold and waiting in the kitchen. I was told the ticket got held in the system and the food just got done. ( Wrong Answer)
Room service was great, the meal was just perfect at 11 pm, just as ordered and a great service. Normally I stay at Holiday Inn, last time staying at Holiday Inn was not very great, the hotel is old and rooms are very uncomfortable. Location for this hotel is getting a little messy, the city is growing so fast that this hotel has no very good access, you need to walk a lot inside of the hotel. The service is just perfect, people is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is yummy. Be careful when parking your car, the access is restricted and there are no announcement of where to go or how to move inside the parking lot. Internet WIFI is fast and smooth connection. Very clean bathroom Unconfortable Bed, I think the beds are old.
After a totally unsatisfying experience at Queretaro's Holiday Inn, I decided to book by myself and go to Fiesta Inn, as I usually do. It was precisely what I expected. The rooms, comfortable. My bed, oh, my bed... after getting back beaten and tired, I slept deep and got the rest I expected. Going over everything that went well would look like a publicity stunt. Don't worry, I won't do it. I just recommed this hotel for what I got: I expected a place to stay and work while away from home and office; I got it. Completely. So, let me be quite clear: I fully agree with the idea that satisfaction comes primarily with expectations fulfillment. Fiesta Inn Querétaro did it.
Very nice hotel and excellent service. The restaurant is also very good and not too expensive, but there are many other place to eat on a walking distance. A little away from downtown but taxi ride is only 8$. Plus, it s a few minutes away from the bus station if you arrive from Mexico city.
I usually enjoy staying at this chain all over Mexico. However this time my room was too close to the lobby so it was noisy all the time during the day and night. The shower and beds are very good and service friendly. Location in Querétaro is good and the price through the internet was a good deal. Modern and good desk to work but tv took some solace of the desk. Nice to have coffee in the room and all was clean. However our experience with room service, and that of Our fiends in two other rooms was awful. Slow and overpriced
We were a very large number of guests staying at this hotel as we were all attending a wedding. The restaurant is chaos, we've stayed in hotels of the same chain and we were shocked at the bad quality of the food in this particular one. We were told it was 2x1 when you have over 12 people having breakfast only to be told otherwise when the bill arrived, then we were told in a rude manner it was under certain hours only. Over 200 pesos is a lot to pay for stale coffee and limp chilaquiles. The rooms are ok but the showers must be cleaned with oily cleaner as we had 4 people (including a 4 year old) in different rooms slip. No sympathy was shown when we went to ask for shower mats, and no, they don't have them. Two nights into the stay and not wanting to go out for food we risked dinner....45 min later and the food hadn't arrived, only an order of fish tacos and a coke, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Front desk staff was polite but unsympathetic. We tood advantage of the swimming pool which was clean.
The food was poor and pricey. I paid 210 pesos for a breakfast buffet that should cost no more than 80 pesos. Don't book the room with breakfast included. It is better to get something outside or don't have breakfast at all for that matter. You can tell the difference from the old facility, renovation was very good and I will stay here on a regular basis.
Good hotel for business trips. Not so good for tourism as it is relatively far away from the picturesque center of the city. Rooms are clean and airy. Breakfast is excellent. Internet is slow. staff is friendly and speak decent English
