Rising Sun is a spacious villa located in the most desirable area of Manuel Antonio. Conveniently located near the Manuel Antonio National Park, public beach, shops, and restaurants, this luxurious villa is everything you are looking for in a home away from home.

Rising Sun is located in the the rain forest and is a ideal for family reunions or weddings, comfortably sleeping up to 14 people. You will be surrounded by lush rain-forest, monkeys, exotic birds, and other wildlife. You can walk to many restaurants, bars, a private nature reserve, or to the bus stops. No car is needed, but attached secure parking is included.

There are sprawling decks, outdoor living areas, over-sized bedrooms and additional common indoor sitting rooms. The property includes over 6000 square feet of indoor living areas plus a similar amount of outdoor areas. A group of up to 14 people will find that there is more than ample room for group meals, social activities including additional persons, or for each of you to have some privacy.

Rising Sun has air conditioning throughout the villa. Each bedroom has it's own air conditioner, new mattresses, pillows and luxury bedding to ensure a great nights sleep at the end of the day.

Your 25,000+ gallon private pool includes a swim-in grotto, ample seating, two story spiral slide, 8+ foot depth, Jacuzzi with refreshing water cause this is Costa Rica!

The guest house is accessed by private entrance or by a bridge walkway from the main house. The upstairs guest house studio apartment includes a kitchenette and private bath. The downstairs includes a two bedroom and two bathroom suite with a separate sitting area.

The teak ceiling terrace bar includes a large outdoor grill, sink and seating for outside dining , in additional to access to the pool slide and stairs to the pool deck.

Personal concierge service is provided. You will be greeted upon arrival and a brief tour of the property will be given. Whatever your needs may be, we are just a phone call away to help.

HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES RISING SUN SLEEP?

We sleep 14 comfortably in 3 King beds, 2 King beds that can pull apart to make 2 twin beds, and two queen size beds. We have 3 futons that could be made up for overflow of small children.

HOW CLOSE IS THE BEACH?

Rising Sun is a short 5 minute drive to the beach. If you don't have a rental car the local bus stop is a few blocks away from Rising Sun.

IS THERE A GROCERY STORE NEARBY?

There are two local groceries within walking distance of the villa - Pura Vida Market, and Super Joseth. Super Joseth and Super Jordix both deliver to the villa.

ARE THERE RESTAURANTS NEARBY?

The best restaurants in the area are all within walking distance of Rising Sun.

Please note that we have adapted and are currently following the WHO and Costa Rican Ministry of Health guidelines on sanitation and social distancing.
1. Our host receiving you will always practice social distancing.
2. There will always be alcohol in gel by the front door entrance for you to use at any time.
3. All of our housekeeping and maintenance staff will always be wearing facemasks.
4. The home is completely disinfected right before guests arrive and just after guests leave.
5. The villa is private for just your group, you will not be sharing any spaces with strangers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last minute reservations over the next 60 days a $600-$1000 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) may be required for very last minute check-ins to cover any damage or missing items. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no items are damaged or missing. Maid service is not included in your rental. You can add the services at $50 per day, you may select the days that you would like the service.
Washer and dryer are not available, when you request the maid service, the maid will do your laundry.
