Summary

Tikoke Heights is a modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is located on Queenstown Hill. With its elevated position the property boasts stunning views over Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range.
It is located just a short drive to downtown Queenstown so you can enjoy all the local restaurants & activities but come back to the peace and quiet of the house.

We use professional cleaners and hired linen to ensure our home is cleaned to the highest standards

Neighborhood

Queenstown Hill is also known by its Māori name of Te Tapu-nui (mountain of intense sacredness), It is a small 907 metres (2,976 ft) mountain in Queenstown. There are many houses on the hill but all activities and restaurants are in the town centre. You can walk into town from the house but be aware coming back up the hill can be a challenge you may want to take the short 5 minute taxi ride instead.

Access

Other than a locked storage cupboard, guests have full access to the house and garage. Parking is available for two vehicles: one in the garage and one outside the garage

Space

This is a modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with stunning views. With its views and easy access to the town centre it is a great option for guests from all over New Zealand and the World.
The house is set out over multiple levels with the master bedroom at the top and the other bedrooms on the lower level. All bedrooms have views. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are located in the middle of the property. Stepping out onto the balcony you can only wonder at the stunning vista the spreads out in front of you.
Reverse Cycle heating/cooling system helps keep the house at a comfortable level year round and the gas fire adds to the ambience.
Our kitchen is fully fitted out with everything you would need including a Nespresso Coffee machine and a wine fridge.

Transit

Although you can walk walk into Central Queenstown it is a tough walk back up the hill home however it is just a 5-7 minute drive. Taxi from town to house approx $15
Taxi cost from airport is about $40
Parking for two guest vehicles one in the garage and one on the parking area outside. Please do not block the driveway with your cars. We would recommend 4WD vehicles in the winter as the driveway can get icy.
Note: If you have a ski box or roof rack on your car it may not fit in the garage.

Notes

Please note that the house does have a lot of stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Although we welcome families you will need to watch your little ones on the stairs. You also need to note that the kids bedrooms are two levels below the master bedroom.
Please note there is some construction happening in the street.
This is not a party house.

House Rules

This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. No pets allowed. On departure the house is to be locked with all lights & appliances off, the BBQ is to be cleaned (if used). The house should be left tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the bins provided – our cleaners will change beds and clean bathrooms.

Please do not use outside areas after 10pm and before 7am

Guest must be 25 or over to book and the person booking must stay at the house.

Amazing views!! Can't beat the views!! The house is clean, modern, feels brand new, and the hosts couldn't have been better. They left a book full of helpful information and tips on the house and Queenstown. Queenstown was an easy 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The house was very comfortable and we did not want to leave. Two things to be aware of, there are a lot of stairs inside the house between the four different levels and the driveway can be a little difficult to navigate. However, the views and quality of the house are more than worth it. We definitely plan to visit this house again.

Truly Wonderful Experience

The entire experience was top-notch, from the initial contact, to booking, to the property itself. Deborah and her team had excellent and clear communication throughout. The property was immaculate and the views were simply spectacular. Everything was extremely clean, stocked very well, and had clear instructions for everything. I cannot rave more about this property - it was simply stunning and I would enthusiastically recommend it for anybody planning a visit to Queenstown. My family (wife, two adult children, and one younger child) were all very comfortable and would look to stay here again on our next visit in the future!

Fabulous house with fabulous views ⭐️

Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking view. Modern and spacious house. The beds were amazing. Priced to match standard of this home. Short and beautiful walk into town. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Nothing missed. Would definitely recommend! Hope to stay again!
