Huge room, nice hotel. A bit out of the way up on the hill. Driving is not really a good option with the scarce parking in Queenstown, so one has to walk. Garage came with a charge, which for a hotel outside town I found weird.

Beautiful views, enhanced by our free room upgrade which gave us uninterrupted views over the lake. Room was kept clean to a good standard throughout our stay, had to prompt for a few extra coffee sachets since we don’t do decaf. Loved the spa, the sauna could be hotter but we didn’t stay for the sauna. Easy access to Queenstown, the hill on the way back can be a little much at the end of the night but there’s always a bus or taxi. Overall very happy

I was never there. I lost 800 dollars on this booking. I made a date mistake while booking and within 5 mins of the booking I contacted the property and expedia.
