Overall it was great. However, one 1 windows and slide door couple be open. A suggestion could be send out the instruction a bit earlier. I started my week long trip and I didn't check any of my email. I only realize I didn't have the check in instruction the day before I arrive. There was a little bit of pain but it mainly due to I wasn't checking my emails.

It was really comfortable and clean. Completely equipped to self cater meals and had an abaolurelt stunning view of the remarkables. Close to shopping centres with cafes, bars, supermarkets and everything you would ever need. Heat pump was a necessity and we were so happy to get back to a warm apartment. Only thing was there wasn't netflix or streaming services. Or if there was I couldn't find how to work it. Not the end of the world but thought I would mention.

The apartment was very clean and had a lovely layout to allow for quiet time away from teenagers! Instructions for arrival and departure was very easy to follow, I also appreciated the follow up emails throughout our stay which provided extra comfort we were well looked after. Prime location with plenty of amenities within walking distance and plenty of walking tracks to choose from. Thank you Ray and Ivan for your fantastic virtual hospitality.

Very nice and comfy place w/ beautiful Mountain View. Owner is very responsive and caring. About 15 minutes drive to Queenstown’s center and have a very large shopping center within walking distance, very convenient. Would love to come back.
