This charming fisherman style family cottage is conveniently located between Swan Bay and Queenscliff’s shopping precinct, offering a comfortable and updated coastal retreat.

The home features three bright bedrooms, with a queen in the main, a double in the second, and two sets of single bunks in the third, comfortably suited to families and groups.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, spacious benchtops, and all essential amenities, flowing into the dining area with access to the backyard and BBQ space.

The adjoining living area provides a relaxed setting with a contemporary lounge, TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, open fireplace (wood BYO), and reverse-cycle air conditioning. A second TV is also located in the main bedroom.

The bathroom includes a soaker bath, separate shower, vanity, and toilet, while the laundry offers a front-loading washing machine and an additional toilet for convenience.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides a secure and welcoming space for both children and pets, complete with a shaded lawn and BBQ area.

The location is ideal, with a bike track nearby connecting you to Point Lonsdale and beyond, and cafés and restaurants just a short five-minute walk away. It’s also perfectly positioned for easy access to events such as the Blues Train and Queenscliff Music Festival.

This is truly a home away from home. It is wonderfully equipped with all the little extras (like coffee percolator and glad wrap!) that you might otherwise need to bring or pop out to the shops for. We stayed here with another family (4 adults and 4 kids)for 3 nights- but never felt like we were living on top of each other- there was plenty of space with the front deck and back yard if we wanted to spread out. Fantastic quiet location, easy walking distance to shops, beaches and a lovely ride along the bike track to Pt Lonsdale. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a lovely break.
