The condo is located in a perfect spot close to Quechee and Woodstock. We didn’t use the sauna or the pool but they looked fine and in working order. There is a small grocery store less than 5 minutes away that has everything you would need to cook. The kitchen is great and has Spices, foil, sandwich bags, pots, pans, glasses, bar ware. There is a blender, slow cooker, coffee maker. Plenty of extra pillows and my adult son said the pull out couch was comfy. There’s a beautiful lake on the property stocked with bass. I would definitely stay again.

Good Property with a Broken Refrigerator

The location and and condo were as advertised. We would have had a great stay but the refrigerator was broken and they didn't have a gas grill. We sent a message and were told "there is a gas grill on the deck you are welcome to utilize during your stay". They had a charcoal grill which would have been fine, if we knew ahead of time. The refrigerator was also not in working order so all the items we were going to grill were spoiled by the time we went to cook them. E-mails were sent (Friday night & Sat) to the property manager which still have not been responded to as of Monday Morning. .

Picture is very deceiving

Thought it was very old , stained floors. Cover of couch ripped and shabby , screen falling off skylight…looked nothing like photo…master shower impossible to turn on…never used it. Hardware is ancient and worn looking. I was very disappointed and would not use your agency again

Extremely Well Maintained Home in Convenient Location

This home was more than enough space for five adults and three kids, and was packed with all of the conveniences you’d expect. It has been well maintained and had some tastefully renovationed restrooms. The management office was extremely helpful and easy to work with and speak to. We stayed for Wassail Weekend and the house was only 10 minutes away door-to-door. Couldn’t recommend this home any more.

Very nice clean property

I stayed here with a group of friends and had a very nice time. It was clean and spacious with good amenities. It is roomier than the photos make it look. It was well stocked with toiletries and the showers and beds were quite nice. I would return. My only complaint are that the electronics in the home were not in great repair. One dvd player did not function and another had batteries burst in the remote. I might not recommend this property to a group of young people or a group with a lot of children as the older neighbors seemed to be eyeing my party of mostly people in their mid 30s warily. If you are staying during the summer, be aware that the unit is not air conditioned.

Comfortable Condo for Families Staying in Quechee

We stayed here for a family reunion in Quechee. Our group was two families consisting of 4 adults and 5 children. The layout (bedrooms spread across 3 floors) made it easy for people to go to bed or wake up at different times without disturbing each other. The condo gets good natural light and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement.
