Stayed here with the family. 5 beds in a room was great. Staff were generally friendly. Parking was easy. We are walkers, and we could walk everywhere. Location was great and not in a super touristy part of town. We did not spend much time in the hotel. Which is good because there were issues. -Their room ventilation approach for the hotel is to use mini splits. Ours was turned off or didn't work. You could only open the window to get ventilation. A person would smoke in the parking lot below, and our room would fill with smoke. -Breakfast is not competitive with other hotels (think Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn). A bagel, a green banana, and sugary yogurt. Coffee was great one day and horrific the next. -Additionally, the breakfast area layout was really bad where the entire hotel is trying to get their breakfast in a very small 15 foot counter. They have an entire other section of the downstairs at the hotel with what appeared to be an island kitchen area. I don't know why they don't use it. -The "heated" pool did not appear to be heated. The water was very cold. -As we were leaving we passed a housekeeper who was SUPER sick. They should not have been changing people's sheets. -Interior of the building needed updates and TLC. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I am not very picky about hotels, but this one was pretty bad. This hotel could be great, but the owner needs to invest in it.

Some minor shopping and restaurants in the direct area, but a 1 minute walk to the #1 bus to take u into town for $4 Canadian. Bring exact change on the bus! Clean hotel, but a few minutes of a proper cleaner and scrub brush in the show to get rid of the mold would be the next best thing they could do. They care enough to steam clean the carpets in the common area, so why not scrub the showers a tiny bit. Otherwise spotless. Bed not too hard or soft.

Everything was reasonably "ok", employees were responsive and kind but there's not much more to compliment. We had water pressure and temperature issues for the shower that stayed unresolved the whole first day without apologies or compensation offered. They did commit to sending someone the next day, wich they did and the issue was fixed. Breakfast is an ordinary continental buffet with nothing warm except for the hot drinks. They claim to have a good neighbouring restaurant but it was very very closed the days we were there, actually seeming out of service. They also claim it is walking distance from the Old town, but that only works if you are able and willing to walk an hour to get there. Main attraction there is the pool. Though inside with no windows, it was a very welcome amenity. Oh and a great sports store across the street that is worth the visit. Otherwise that specific neighbourhood didn't have much to offer worth visiting.

We stayed here as a launch point into Old Quebec City — the location was ideal, with a quick Uber ride to the heart of the old city for just $20. The hotel itself is in a very old building, but you can tell it’s been recently renovated and well cared for. Service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was on the smaller side, but we booked a single-bed option, so that was expected. Breakfast was simple — mostly cereal, toast, and fruit — but enough to start the day. For the price, this stay was an absolute win. Would definitely return!

The room was large and AC worked well. We're fortunate they let us use a parking spot for electric vehicles otherwise we'd have had to use the overflow lot. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast is good if you don't have dietary restrictions; I have Celiac so need gluten free and that didn't seem to be a thing at this hotel. Location was convenient to where we wanted to visit.
