Nice hotel in a location within walking distance to several parts of the city. Clean rooms, nice lobby, very good exercise facilities, and underground parking. The hotel is within a few blocks of many good restaurants and cafes as well.

Amenities were good. Loved the pool table in the lobby. Restaurant in hotel had great food however service was extremely slow. Our room attendant didn’t change out body wash for two out of our 4 night stay and left empty. Wine glasses and bottles instead of taking them. Not a biggie but still something that bothered us. But front desk staff was great. :)

The room we requested was on a reception floor with a party ending at 1 am. There were no more rooms with two beds so they offered us a king. But my coworker and I didn’t feel comfortable being forced to share a bed together when we had already booked two beds. They offered us a cot which was the most uncomfortable bed. I had a horrible sleep and woke up with an aching back. I tried talking to the front desk agent to see what more could be done and he said these were the only options. I think at this point they could have offered us two separate rooms considering they could have notified us of this situation long before and then we could have booked elsewhere.

Terrible ! Je suis arrivé fatigué à l’hôtel à 22h30. Il faisait 15 degrés dans ma chambre en plein hiver ! Le plancher de la salle de bain et les draps étaient gelés. À minuit il faisaient 19 degrés dans la chambre. J’ai demandé de changer de chambre mais ils étaient complets. Après avoir passé une mauvaise nuit, j’ai eu toute une mauvaise surprise lorsque j’ai constaté qu’il y avait du vomis et des poils collés dans le fond de la douche… J’ai essayé de nettoyer le tout avec la douche téléphone, mais en prenant ma douche j’ai été dégoûté de constater que le vomis était remonté et que mes pieds trempaient dedans. En quittant l’hôtel, la dame qui n’était pas gentille me réclamait des frais pour la nuit alors que le tout avait été payé d’avance. Bref, un cauchemar.

Thé room was lovely and clean everyday. The staff were always very polite and professional. Thé WiFi was a little slow but over all fine. I didn’t have breakfast at thé hôtel.
