The VRBO was just as advertised. It was a wonderful location in old town, right next to City Hall and several of the winter Christmas markets! We appreciated that it was a first floor apartment with just 1 step to get into it, since we were traveling with a family member in their 70’s. The host was very accommodating and let us keep our bags at the VRBO later than the checkout time since we had a later flight that day and tours we were going to. We’d happily come stay here again!

The apartment was cozy. Its on a quiet street in the heart of old Quebec city, close to shops and restaurants. It is clean and furnished with the essentials. The bed and pullout couch were quite comfortable. Detailed instructions for off site parking were very helpful.

The apartment’s location was ideal for our purposes. It was close to everything in the old city, right in the heart of things, yet very quiet. My only complaint (and it’s really just mine) was that the bedding was overly perfumed by the fabric softener or something. I have a sensitive nose.

Location. Location. Lo-ca-tion. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s in the heart of it all, just steps from the best that Quebec City has to offer, this is it. The host Fabrice is great, and the property was exactly as described. Clean, well stocked, and easy to get into as a ground floor unit. Would 100% recommend.
