I really liked the location of this hotel and the hotel manager , Rodney , gave excellent service and was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly yet respectful and professional. The only negative comment I have to give is… this hotel needs some updating and an elevator would have been truly an asset especially for us seniors. It was so inconvenient to go up and down our room on the 3rd floor. It was also a fall risk using their stairs … although I must say … Rodney helped with our luggages upon check in and check out. Overall , I enjoyed our 4 days, 3 night stay there. Will come back and surely recommend this hotel to family and friends here in the US. May I suggest to have water heating device in the room as well.

This was a great place to stay as a solo traveller. It is a great location for easy walking to all sites. While amenities might be limited there was coffee in room and in lobby, it was quiet and clean. The self check in was seamless.

Check in was smooth with staff at front desk. Staff is friendly. The room was spacious. Two double beds. Travelled with husband and teenage son. The location is perfect for exploring old Quebec. Downside is the beds. They are uncomfortable and sheets don’t fit the beds.
