Loved the period features of the hotel and location was excellent and ideal for exploring old Quebec city
The location and decor were great
We had a room with access to a small terrace and Maybe because of the pandemic- there wasn’t really anything appealing about sitting on a inside courtyard terrace with 3 metal chairs and a bistro table. Otherwise our room had fantastic shower -in the room itself- with 4 heads and rain-shower head and a separate toilet/sink. Comfortable bed, air conditioning that was quiet and cable tv with good channel options. Easy touch less check-in. Great location. We’ll be back!

We loved the location, the high ceilings, and the light. The staff members we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel, however, has not seen an update since 1960 except, possibly the beds, which were okay. The bathroom, while clean and functional, was desperately in need of renovation.

We were delighted with this hotel, especially because it was right in the center of the Old City so that we could easily walk to many places. The hotel itself has lots of charm. We found that the staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful.

This hotel is very much like a bed and breakfast. The room had a very small bath and the shower was actually in the bedroom. All the rooms were different from each other. There was no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, request the first floor. Our first floor room had access to a private courtyard.
