Room was clean when we arrived and warm. Loved the loft bedroom. Only thing we noticed was our door to the balcony wouldn't lock but being on the 2nd floor, it wasn't an issue for us. Staff was courteous and friendly as well as helpful. Will be staying there again if we visit Quebec City again.

Everything was perfect. The huge parking lot was immaculately plowed much to my amazement. If only continental breakfast was included, it would’ve brought more convenience to our stay considering the fact that it coincided with year end where most food outlets were closed.
