Front desk was very nice, the hot tub and pool were great!

I was impressed with the lady who checked me in. I have back problems, and walk with a cane. She found me a room close to the elevator without me having to ask. The lobby was a big plus! It had some very comfortable furniture. It was a hot day outside, but the hallway going to the room was not air conditioned. I don't know if the a/c was out or they did that to meet budget. Not a big deal, but odd. The room was unique with the lodge theme. I liked the appearance when I first entered. I had two problems with the room. On the nightstand between the two beds there are no plug-ins. I charge my phone overnight and have to plug in a C-Pap machine for my sleep apnea. I had to reach behind the nightstand, and unplug the lamp and clock so I could plug my devices in. Other hotels I stay in have multiple outlets by the bed. Also, the bed was too soft and it was difficult to sleep. I've found most other hotel beds I've slept on to be a little more firm. So I was tired when I had to get up in the morning. Those may seem like small points, but they're deal breakers given all the choices I have in hotels.

Very nice and accomodating staff. Will definately return.

Very friendly staff. Easy access to freeway and surrounding places to eat.

Great location - Centally located near downtown within walking distance to other conference locations, eateries and local attractions.

unique hotel with lots of backwoodsy decor. Room was comfortable, breakfast ok but not great.

There were only double-bed rooms available when I reserved. The room is fully equipped, with a microwave, fridge, sofa .... When I opened the door, I was so amazed to see a plush frog sitting on the bed. It can go home with you for 20 bucks. I did not take it, But I feel really happy to have it accompanied for 2 days.

I love staying here. My only complaints this trip.... Pool was dirty. And check out time of 11 is too early. I stay at other hotels, and when late check out is requested, I get 2:00. The latest I could get was 11:30. This is unacceptable, and may cause me to book Radisson instead.

I have out of town family stay here when they come. Location is great...just off the bridge and close to downtown Moline and quick and easy to get to from my house. You can buy a moose tote bag! It doesn't get any better than that. There coffee is WONDERFUL.

Room was updated and clean, wish it was a flat screen TV, but not the end of the world. Carpet in halls a little worn, but a very nice entry with a log cabin feel. Perfect location for downtown Moline with lots of restaurants and bars to walk to. Front desk check in was fast and easy, a huge bonus. I was working at the arsenal, so this or the Radisson are the 2 best places to stay. Everyone was very friendly.

Everything was great with this hotel. The room was clean and the service was great. The Continental breakfast was also very good. There was confusion upon check-in as they did not have any reservations listed. After some time, they were able to fit us in to a room with similar to what we reserved. Had they been booked completely, this would have been a problem. The area was also very clean, quiet, and offered a lot of dining options.

Short walk to I wireless center and bars/restaurants. Clean &safe environment with nice selections for complimentary breakfast.
