Room was nice. Hotel was quiet. Only complaint is that I was charged twice when making a purchase from the snack bar
It was great to be able to walk to so many things including the concert we went to.

Easy to locate. Very close to bike/walking path, Celebration Belle. Ample parking. Outdoor seating was abundant. Never used the pool area, but it was 40 degrees outside and some kids were swimming in the outdoor heated pool. Decent breakfast. Check in was a breeze. Bunk bed suite was perfect for our adult group of five. The king bed was in great shape, but the other beds could use a mattress update. The sofa was slumpy as was the chair. Not enough towels & washcloths for a room that sleeps 7. We called for more and never got them. The top bunk could benefit from an outlet and a shelf up high. Overall it was a great stay.
It was 90° on the day we arrived. Our room was hot and muggy ac wasn't turned on and it never cooled when we did turn it on. Made for a miserable night with 5 people in a room. Other than that everything was fine.

Staff was friendly . Bed comfortable.my reservation was booked twice .they cancelled the extra one. Not sure how that happened. The walls paper thin . No enforced adult swim the pool and hot tub were filled with loud kids 10 to 11pm . I had to ask desk to call room above us at 1030 pm kids jumping and our light fixtures was shaking and clinking I thought it would fall off the ceiling ! I love to swim but never able . Adult swim was one feature I really would have enjoyed . Hotel steps dirty carpet never vacuumed , upon last day looking for my shoe , I found our room had a condom under the chair (wonder if our room was cleaned before check in )I’ve stayed at several other Stoney Creek hotels and loved them . Not this one!

Love the location. We drive across country from Montana to Michigan every year, and we always try to make Stoney creek our final stop, on our last leg of the trip. It’s perfect.
There was no in room cleaning during our stay. Staff said it was due to Covid but we weren't informed of this when we checked in. The pancake maker in the breakfast area was out of order each of the 3 mornings were stayed there. Very short staffed, so we made the best of it. We've stayed here before and were expecting the same level of service. Nice hotel. Just hope their service returns to what it was after the tiresome Covid pandemic is completely over.
