Easy access from airport

Room badly supplied with toiletries and TP. Ran out. Bathroom flooded. Microwave barely worked. Floor unclean. Breakfast badly cut back. Hot tub closed for health reasons. Airport shuttle discontinued. Overcharged for food at on-site store (according to posted prices). Badly inferior to Hampton inn standards, and I’ve stayed in many nationwide.

Close to the airport. Convenient. Great place to stay.

The Wifi was broken and not working. I had charges made to my room that were not mine so obviously the desk clerk wasn't checking names before charges, or someone internally charged to my room. Thats why I don't believe in the policy of leaving a card for incidentals. Breakfast options were poor even with Covid restrictions.

As far as Hamptons go the hotel is a little dated but the staff could not be nicer, extremely helpful, like told me exactly where to park so I wouldn't have to walk too far and opened up breakfast early helpful. Just what you want before an early flight

We checked in later in the evening and it went very smoothly. Room was clean and comfortable. We will certainly stay again.

Hotel was fine, but Internet was completely terrible (we got a stronger signal from the motel across the street & it kept kicking us off after 2 min). The staff was fine, but seemed overwhelmed. Finally, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Good breakfast, convenient location, big room, friendly staff. We wanted to leave our car for a week at the hotel parking place and take a shuttle to the airport but the lady at front desk said they don't have enough spots and gave us airport parking coupon 1/2 off of the first week which was great for us. And we got charged 4,95$ for WiFi because my son accidentally choose Premium instead Complimentary and they couldn't do anything about that (((

Great location. Great staff. Housekeeping - so so. Hampton Inn breakfasts can't be beat. Pillows not the most comfortable, even though you had four to choose from. Room was on the airport side and minimal noise.

The staff was very helpful. The Hotel is adjacent to MLI airport and to I-74. Very friendly staff for the breakfast buffet. The AC had a thermostat that was a little tricky and the drain in the bathroom sink did not rise high enough for fast draining. Biut everything else was is great shape. Pillows were excellent and so was the bed. Would stay there again.

Very quiet as it is not located next to an interstate. Even though it is next to the very small Moline airport there was No airplane traffic the night we were there.

It was overall good. Staff was good but aspect is location. Was dissapoonted in equipment available to assist businedd passeneger.

Hotel was very nice and staff very helpful. had a very early flight the next morning, so they had a really nice sack breakfast so we would at least have some kind of breakfast. we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Also since we had a very early flight and would miss breakfast, they had a really nice sack breakfast to go. The hotel was very accommodating.
