Would of loved the availability of the 2 bedroom suite that I had booked for the wedding party. Instead I had two separate rooms across the hall from each other. We brought our 11 pound dog with us. Understand they allow dogs, we almost got attacked 3 times by the same two dogs! Had to walk with my dog on my arms. Almost jumped at my husband when he was getting in the elevator Pit bull breeds should not be allowed in a family environment. I was sacred to walk my dog!
The shower did not work in the room we stayed in. Otherwise the room was OK.
We loved the hot breakfast - fantastic variety. Each staff member was professional, cheerful, and very helpful. Lupe, who cleaned our room, was fabulous. The location was convenient to the many places and family members we visited. We had three rooms and all 9 people in our out-of-town contingent were very happy with all aspects of this Residence Inn. Will definitely stay again.
Great hotel except that the walls are a bit thin. Kids playing till midnight in their rooms and the noise comes right thru the walls. The staff was excellent. The rooms are very well done. The pool area was nice with plenty of towels. Great outdoor sitting area.
From the get go we were told we had a "complete kitchen" and assumed that meant we had an oven. Our entire reason for staying at a Residence Inn was the "complete kitchen" as we were meeting with our sons for Thanksgiving dinner. I had made our entire dinner which needed to be reheated. Some dishes required an oven to finish them off. We ended up buying a toaster oven! We also experienced difficulty with our icemaker which was making a strange noise that wouldn't stop. I called the front desk and was told to turn off icemaker and come downstairs for ice. Couldn't figure out how to shut off machine so listened to noise all night. The next day I realized the fridge wasn't cooling properly. Called desk again and was told we would needed to switch our room. We couldn't find a luggage cart so my husband and I had to move everything by hand. This took us nearly an hour. The staff was always friendly, we haven't any complaints with them! Just disappointed, after thinking I had planned ahead and thought I had "all angles covered"!
Good hotel, i will stay next time visit my husband and family.
Was good size room. Nice to have kitchen, living room. Was a good price we thought. Convenient location. Only complaint was that the TV's in the fitness room didn't work because the remote was missing. Notified staff but couldn't find them. Never did hear about where they were or how to work TV's without them.
It was the nicest hotel we stayed at on our 6 day trip. It also had the finest breakfast, most modern clean room/suite and the best experience of all the hotels. We will be back when we travel there again and we'll look for Residence Inn's by Marriott when we travel again. Very satisfied with how classy it was.
In town for a basketball tournament, very happy with hotel experience.
The room was well laid out, clean, and very functional. We had a small kitchen area, sitting area, bedroom, and bathroom for the price of a regular hotel room. I'll definitely stay at a Residence Inn again.
Used the pool and hot tub. They were great. Hot breakfast better than any "continental" you get at other hotels. Room was huge and clean. HIGHLY recommended!
The hotel was one of the cleaniest we have stayed in. The staff, food and housekeeping was great and I can tell they all take great pride in their work.
I have stayed at this hotel before and found it very clean and great ammenities. The staff is more than helpful and friendly and accomodating. I will be back to this one!
