I checked out by 11PM Friday evening, I did not even stay one entire night there. Bug ridden, unhelpful attendant at the desk. Would not recommend to anyone, will never be back.

Room had bugs and was super dirty. Staff said to contact expidea for a refund as i checked out 30 minutes after checking in due to health concerns of how dirty the room was. I provided photo evidence which didn't help. Very disappointed. Wont be staying at super 8 and wont be booking through expidea again.In the end i got credited $25.... through expidea.... i didnt wven stay the night and told id be refunded when contacting expidea. Never again.

Nothing was cleaned the hot tub was filthy hair and other things in it not towels the toilet paper was gone and the window to the room wouldn’t lock so all night we didn’t know if our stuff was safe would like a refund asap please and thank you

First off, the gentleman that worked the front desk was very unfriendly and acted as though I was disturbing him. Second, We missed the info that there was a 100.00 deposit for this room. I informed him that we didn’t have an extra amount of money for the deposit. He dismissed us and continued to load his car with computer equipment. You would think that they would welcome the business considering there were only 3 cars in the parking lot and one being the fri t desk agent. I would not recommend and I will not return.

Cockroaches

We killed five cockroaches in one night. Varying sizes some larger some small. Our shower drain was clogged with hair so when we showered water accumulated up over our feet. The bed was not very comfortable. (Lumpy) and betting had a few stains.

Hotel smelt like smoke. The carpeting in the common areas were dirty and worn. We did not feel safe because both side exit doors had broken locks. Anyone could walk in all night long.

rundown and infested

tolet wasnt clean correctly black stuff handing from inside top of bowl bedding staind and had burn holes all furniture was very badly worn and scratched ..no soap or shampoo no coffee in room ..so called breakfast was toast, waffle ,apple or cereal .and coffee ..nothing else ..carpet was falling apart ..dryer didint work..absolutly no security except for local law enforcement would drive thru parking lot ..and when you eat bad food or all the drugs constantly having to breath in all thru propert ..my case was it didint help my contents in my stomach to stay down and i got charged and extra 20 dollar to have bedding cleaned than was in very bad shape to begin with ..thank you hotel .com for the recomendation and false pic of property ..wont be stay at and super 8 ever again or use hotel.com ..guess when i go to arizona in next month or so ..you can both think about why the internet cant be trusted ..and why you all will be out of work soon

Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but close. You can’t ask for much for $49/night. Property is run down. Breakfast was minimal at best. Mold in the bathroom. But got a good nights sleep.

The bathroom door was broken. Dirt all over the floor. Mold on the comforter, when pulling sheets back the bed was covered in hair. We were only there about five minutes.
