A little dirty but overall lot bad at all. A few odd people but overall good
The bath tub was filthy. the counter tops in the room where dirty and sticky. The toilet seat was broken, The pool had no towels, we needed extra towels for our room and they didn't have any. Then when I went to go check out it was like the guy didn't want to give me deposit, it was like he was doing what ever he could to keep it, and trying to tell me that I didn't even pay it when I did I payed cash, he picked up my envelope that had my name on it I saw it and then counted the money in it and put it back in the drawer and said he couldn't find it. then said they would check the room at 11 and send me my deposit on my card. told him no I paid cash so I would get cash back. it was just a total mess and I finally got my deposit back after arguing with him for about 20 min. And not to mention tell me why they had there camera pointed to my room instead where u can see all the hall ways so that was just creepy to me. I can say I will never stay there again and it wasn't worth the almost 300 dollars to stay there. I will be getting ahold of corporate. And will never stay there again.

Things were clean, the staff kind and attentive. The breakfast left much to be desired. Good value for its cost. I couldn't find an elevator so beware of only having stairs to access the second floor.
Check in was awful. Had to go look for the clerk. Ended up calling hotel. She was doing laundry and her call button didn’t work. I was tired and ready to rest and wasn’t in the mood to look for someone for 15 minutes. Breakfast was horrible. They made very little food at a time. She made sausage in the microwave but walked away and left them there. People had to wait for food. Two pieces of bread. Enough eggs for 2 people but people are waiting for more. Just not a good way to start the day.
Room was clean and that’s what’s most important! Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was slim but filling.
We stayed here for about a week. The staff was very accommodating. Better breakfast than a lot of hotels right now.

Slight smell of marijuana throughout the hallways. There were air purifiers in the hallways. Pool was open and more of a grab and go breakfast available.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Jessica made checking in very easy. The room was nice the bed was a little on the hard side but ok. We enjoyed our stay there.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. When we ask about restaurants in the area they walked a list down to our room. At breakfast they have a custom omelette bar where they make you omelettes. The room was spacious and very affordable. The towels were large and fluffy. Loved it.

Mrs. Melinda, we value your feedback however the toilet was broken by your husband as you had mentioned to the front desk agent a night before you were supposed to check-out. The toilet seat was not broken before we rented the room to you. The deposit was on hold as CASH and we have to verify name on reservation with the notes before we release the CASH deposit. And this policy is in place to make sure the deposit is going back to same person who provided during check-in. Since, the toilet seat was broken by your husband the hotel did not deduct any deposit from you as a courtesy. Also, if you could please not bring more kids into the room other than what was disclosed during check-in process. In addition, please don't let your kids stay alone and go out to CASINO to watch games and leaving them (kids) unattended in hotel room. This had big impact on our operation and disturbing neighbors and other guest throughout the day and at night. I received complaints from a guest next to you for both days about kids running, and jumping from bed to room floor, actively going in and out of the room which caused immense disturbance when they were trying to sleep at 11:00pm. Please be respectful of others when you make your next journey and staying at other hotels. Also be watchful of your kids and stay with them to reduce noise because there are other people who are also staying and sleeping and have work, or event to attend next day that could significantly impact.
