There was much in disrepair and external doors did not close on the ends creating an unsecured premises. Initially noticed the pool was closed was used as a storage area, not for a pool. Maintenance closets left open in disarray.
Pulled up and there was a sign on the door saying it was closed. Would’ve been nice if they had shut down reservations instead of us wasting our time.
The Front Desk was very cordial and helpful. However, the building itself needs serious TLC. We had to move rooms TWICE! The first time because our room would not cool down. Then the room that they tried to move us to, the door would not unlock, mechanically. The indicator went green and your heard SOMETHIBG going inside the door, but it remain unopenable. Finally, they put us in the only room available, which was a Suite. The next morning, their breakfast area only offered bread/toast and waffles. Nothing else was set up at 7am.
The website said they had cribs available.I request for a crib and a rollaway bed was told when we got there no because of fire code. He made us upgrade our second room and still wouldn't let them have a crib. Then the deposit is 50$per room not 20 as stated on website.
The only thing we did not like was that there was no breakfast or pool usage due to Covid-19 virus concerns (not the fault of the hotel). Great price for comfy clean rooms!

Thankyou for your feedback and regarding external doors we don't know which door your are speaking about because our external doors does close automatically and gets locked and no one can enter without a key card. As you are, mentioning that you noticed our pool closed and our front desk offered if you didn't like you can just cancel your booking and you will get refund but you were ok with that and proceeded to a room then you came down stating that our room is not clean then our front desk offered you to see a different room and we noticed that the first room which was given to you is wrongly marked as clean in the system and we apologize for that and you were not ready to at least see the different room to make a decision. You simply informed front desk that you want to take your girls to somewhere and we proceeded a refund because we give importance to our customer's satisfaction.
