We got married in Greece, and as my wife is from Thessaloniki we thought where better than a 5 star hotel just outside of the center, but far way enough to give you tranquility. So our stay here was marvelous, with very friendly staff, and a high quality of decor, and food. We had our wedding reception in the Dome restaurant and the previous night had discussed with the head Chef our dietary requirements, and he had no issue with this, and even suggested other alternatives we had not thought of. He also made the wedding cake we wanted and decorated it so beautifully. The breakfast is a buffet, with any type of egg dish ready to be cooked for you on demand. The evening can be relaxing by the pool bar, and the bar man "Odysseus" will make you a Margarita that i have trouble finding in other hotels, as his was delicious, and without ice! Overall i would highly recommend this hotel, with their almost Olympic pool, and marvelous facilites, we shall definitely come back again.
It has a vast variety for breakfast, amazing staff and really nice atmosphere. Everyone is ready to help you and they make you feel like home. The location is perfect and the view great. I would totally visit again and I suggest that you come as well
The hotel as a building and location is very good. I booked a deluxe room, to which I paid a higher price to get the pool view. When I went there, they told me that the pool was closed for maintenance and water was sucked out of the pool. So, I paid extra for nothing. When I asked for another room, staff at the reception were helpless and border-line rude and had no authority. They told me to wait until after the weekend until their manager comes back so she can decide if they can change my room. I then went to sleep, and the room was boiling hot. I could not control the heating/air-conditioning from my room. When I went back to the reception to ask about this, they said that heating is centralized across the hotel and since it was April, they would not operate the conditioning and that there is nothing they can do. Again very helpless. I could not sleep in the room, it was too hot and I was suffocating. So I went back to them and after a long conversation, they eventually upgraded me to a suite - which was on the second floor so I could at least open the window to avoid the heat. It is a shame that this hotel is undermined by these actions. The hotel has potential to be very good with improved service.
First time stayed in this hotel. Location is very good, close to city , airport, shopping mall. Hotel is bit old, rooms are from 70's.. especially those green glasses inside bathroom and room. One thing amazed me that from lobby to get to 2nd level room was bit like a running inside a maze! ( labyrinth )... it would be very difficult for families with stroller and young kids.
Great room, clean, with a garden in front of the big exterior pool, but it's not adult only so the really small interior pool was full of children playing there until closing hour at night so we couldn't swim and enjoy at all. They should at least allow children until a certain hour. So the price was not worth it since we visited for the interior pool as well. Breakfast perfect though. Unlimited options.
It's not the first time I'm staying at this hotel. But I'm still surprised by the highest level of services it provides to the customer. One of the biggest and most beautiful outdoor pools I've ever seen, excellent rooms, delicious food and very friendly and polite staff. Very close to the airport and not far away from the city. Overall an excellent choice for someone who visits Thessaloniki!!!
excellent welcome and customer service. Great facilities and food. A little too far out of town but handy for the airport. Small indoor pool , well stocked gym and spa facilities. Magnificent outdoor pool and bar area. Tennis courts. Room as a superior double and very spacious with beautiful bathroom. Benefits of the outdoor areas in summer.
We spent two nights here over the new year. The hotel is nice and clean. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the room was a little to hot and due to the restaurant being close to our room leaving the door open meant we heard all the noise. The hotel location is not that great if you don’t have transport.
What a fantastic place. Super convenient location. Olga, the concierge made me feel like I was the only person at the hotel. Lively contemporary rooms and decks. This is a perfect hotel and I could not recommend it more and I travel the world for business. The owner met my group one night and was warm and welcoming. This is how you run a proper establishment.
Warm welcome and immediate upgrade! I loved this hotel. Nice spacious and clean rooms. We had one with access to the pool and it was great having breakfast outside in October. Loooved their food. Best place for meat dishes. Nice relaxing spa although I did expect more from the massage. Bit far from the city centre but very convenient for the airport. Highly recommended!
