This new construction property was completed in November 2023 and features a large living room, kitchen, and dining space as well as two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Enjoy the beautiful weather of southwest Florida on the front porch while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or favorite foods on the grill. The location was purposefully selected to showcase the best that Punta Gorda has to offer. Only being two blocks from downtown allows guests to enjoy the many bars and restaurants that are offered. Guests can take short walk to enjoy a waterfront meal or stroll through the shops at Fisherman's Village. The newly finished Sunseeker Resort is just across the bridge where guests can access the many bars, restaurants, and pools within. With the modern finishes and coastal aspects of the property, guests are destined to love their new home away from home in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Excellent Stay

We contacted Tylor and kept in communication with him during the day of and prior to check in. He was so nice via communication and very helpful. The location was perfect to where we needed to be. The house was so clean and we loved the full amenities of a house. We felt at home the whole time we were there. If we go back to Punta Gorda, we will stay there again! We went for work, but again, we will definitely stay again if we go for vacation.
