The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana Resort - All Inclusive

Recent guest reviews

We enjoyed the pool at the Reserve. It was very relaxing and comfortable. It would have been nice if they would have had a rule about not eating ice cream IN the pool! Staff was very friendly, but there was a definite problem with communicating your needs to the staff. Food was good and always a varied choice.

The resort is very big with well landscaped ground and quiet accommodations. Beach is amazing clean with comfy beds. You can walk for hrs from one end to the other. Lots of activities for kids and families with great nightly shows fitting kids and adults. Pool activities from paddle board yoga to biking in the pool, crafty activities for all ages. Great buffets with lots of fresh fruit and veggies as well as choices for meat lovers. Master suite we stayed in very clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking the pool area, twice a day cleaning services.hair dryer.ironing board, comfy slippers, umbrella.fridge full of drinks, milk and snacks. There are 4 levels to this resort we were at reserve at paradises Punta Cana higher then us for adults only was royal treatment.Next time we go we pick concierge service as they guide you through activities if you are with kids also have first choice for restaurants which we did not care for as preferred choices at the buffets. In the evening everybody dresses up for dinner and activities there is a daycare for any ages very nice. The 8 min walk to the beach is a great exercise unless you prefer the golf cart ride. They have a well equipped gym and spa. Even though it said we will have rain the whole week it only rained at night and we had few cloudy days. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone . We used to go to lifestyle holiday resort at Puerto plata as we have timeshare there but this is 100% better.

We love this resort and had a great vacay. Walls a little thin but rooms very nice and clean. Food is good

Highly recommend The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana. Large complex with lots of restaurant. Beach is beautiful and safe, everything you could need. All inclusive includes use of kyak, sailboats, boogie boards, and sports equipment. Large pools with optional activities offered every day (water aerobics, dance lessons, panting class). Kids Club is a must. Staff does great job entertaining kids. This is our second stay at the Reserve and will return again. Highly recommend!

The goal of this review is to get to you book your next stay in Punta Cana at the Reserve at Paradisus because I would not want you to miss out on an incredible experience. I just hope that I can do it justice! From the moment we walked on to the resort to our final "adios" our experience was simply exceptional. The resort employees were welcoming, gracious, and were there to help us with our every need - be it booking an excursion, extending our stay another day (we loved it that much), finding a church for us to attend (they had Mass right on the resort!), or booking a spa appointment. I cannot give enough praise to the staff. I'm a self-proclaimed foodie so when I was planning this trip good food was on the top of my list of must-haves. I was blown away by the quality of the food. It was a fine dining experience with seriously good eats. There was a wide variety of restaurants including Latin fusion, steakhouse, Dominican, Italian, Mediterranean fusion and more! We ate at the majority of the restaurants on site and they were all very impressive. The one hiccup I should mention is the reservation process. Our preferred dinner time was not always honored, but all of the restaurants were flexible when we arrived a little late. And the drinks! There were no watered-down drinks here. They were strong, delicious, and plentiful. Lastly, the beach is within walking distance and was very clean! I hope you don't miss out. I can't wait to get back there...

Amazing property with beautiful landscaping and tropical gardens. Hotel staff made us feel like movie stars, even with a 14 month old baby!

Beautiful Resort, service is mediocre at best, place is smoke and mirrors.

We stayed 5 nights and it was the most relaxing vacation ever. The beach front is awesome with access to walk 3 miles in either direction. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the all inclusive lived up to expectation - no surprises at check-out. The facility was "full" but never seemed overly crowded as there the spacing outside and inside was more than ample - especially the poolside and beach options. Food was diverse and delicious. We would recommend to a friend.

It was the best!!!! More than what I expected!!! They treated us so nice ..def going there again next year!!!!!!! I give it a %100

Friendly staff, very good food and dining options for an all inclusive. Believe me both my husband and I are foodies and we enjoyed all the variety. Beautiful beach with comfortable beds and chairs separate for reserve guests. Waves were a bit rough in the ocean. Beach is about a 10 min walk or a 4-5 min golf cart ride which do come very frequently. Also great kids accomadations. My 2 year old loved the kids pool and kids zone club. We stayed over Halloween and the hotel and staff did a wonderful job preparing and celebrating the holiday.

Lugar excelente, personal súper amable especialmente Junior !!

The resort is gorgeous with beautiful grounds and pools. The room was spacious and nicely designed, with a private bedroom and separate sitting area. However, two of the cabinets had doors with loose hinges that we're practically falling off. We had a pullout couch that our daughter slept on and the mattress was awful. Very thin lumpy. The food was very good with a nice choice of restaurants. The service was good, but not great. We asked three times for an extra blanket and each time they brought us more sheets. There were some individuals who went out of their way to accommodate, but our overall feeling was that the staff was polite but disinterested. The give you resort credits but they are so prohibitive that they are basically unusable. But we had a wonderful visit overall.

The experience at this hotel was good the only that I did not like it was that tv did not work other than that was good.

We stayed at the reserve for 6 days. Our room was great- we were escorted by Hazael for a tour of our villa and facilities with champagne on ice waiting for us. The pools were clean and staff was always walking around asking if we needed any drinks. Big cabanas, chairs, and day beds available. The food was good. I would recommend making reservations and taking advantage of the restaurants. The buffet had great breakfast and lunch items. Amazing coffee! Skip the late night snack menu on room service it's not the best. It was inconsistent and subpar. The mini bar in the room was also all inclusive and stocked with beer, soda, and snacks daily. Always lots of bottled water. The reserve was only about a 10 minute walk to the Paradisus main resort/beach, although trams were always circulating around to pick you up. A handful of bars were open 24-hours but most till about 2am. Overall great stay I would come back and stay again.

If you want an immaculate resort with perfect pools with terrific food and staff, I can't think of any nicer resort. If there is a negative it is that you have to take a shuttle to the beach. There's also thankfully a children's section.

I recently visited this resort from September 4 thru September 7, 2015. The resort is in fact beautiful and very clean I must say. However, my experience and guests experience upon arrival to departure was terrible. My guests which were a party of 13 people including myself and two children were treated really poorly. Staff were very unfriendly, not knowledgeable, made all of us waste a lot of time due to there errors and carelessness. Waiters were not always available at restaurants. Pool area very boring no bartenders at swim up bar. I never personally met the Family concierge assigned to our rooms. Phone damaged and never repaired in one of our rooms. Damaged baby crib never replaced. Exceptions however there were a few staff members that were very nice and friendly at the end of our stay at the Gabi Club (last dinner), however as a whole this resort failed to fulfill my guests and my own expectations or even surpass them. We came back home very sadden with the experience and service received. Staff members need to be more proactive in all areas especially when giving incorrect information to guests. Staff members need to make themselves more available at all times throughout the resort and be more transparent to guests at all times. I honestly do not recommend this resort for large groups or even a medium size family.

I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The trams that took us to the other side of the property ran smoothly...we never waited long. The food was tasty and the beach was great! The bartenders- great!

The resort was excellent, food was great, and service was perfect, I highly recommend this resort for families.

The hotel is beautiful and staff in general is very helpful and friendly . Pool is very nice and plenty of food at buffet and restaurant choices being offered. Family concierge is attentive and nice. The only negative comment is the resort needs more mosquito control since my teenagers' legs are bitten at multiple spots even we put on bug spray. Very pleased with our vacation and will return to this resort again in future

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was beyond amazing. Everything you read about this hotel and see in pictures is what you get. You have to experience it! I've been bragging about the resort since I got there.
