The staff at the buffet were good, and around the facility. However, the check in process was awful. We waited up to 3 hours for one of our rooms to be ready. And then when they gave us access it was not cleaned. And we had to wait for another room. Communication was not efficient at all.

These folks wouldn't let us after we had fully paid what they wowed them. Terrible way to treat guests.
