We rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath for the 7 of us and it was great. The rental was directly with the condo owner not the complex. The location was great, the grounds and pool very well kept, security is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. TIP: do not shop at the BAM market just across the front desk, prices are way to high, unfriendly staff and not very well stocked. Go to Mercado Ciccolella just on the opposite corner as you leave the complex. Also, make sure you get you bracelet from front desk to get in and out of the complex. The juice lady across the street is a great place to have a safe and refreshing juice. Walk about 1/4 to the food truck area where you will find about 20 different ones with a great variety of food, excellent service and good prices.

It meet all my expectations. Very prompt on utilities... Nice location. Good restaurants and beaches... Need to place more characters in order to save this review... Love this part of Dominican Republic

perfect location, ocean view, hige apartment, clean rooms and beds, cool pool, nice restaurant. Access beach, the best place at this area. Shops, restaurants, bars, bus station etc are there by 2 minutes walking.

We really dd like this place. It's clean, staff is friendly. SUPER safe. If you ask me. Many days we didn't lock out sliding door (we were on the ground floor). The whole place is gated and guarded but friendly security. Some people thought that might just be for show but I watched a couple without a wristband try to come to the property just to check it out and got turned away. There are a lot of snow birds there. Everyone is just there to have a nice time. The beach is AMAZING. The rooms were decent. I wished we were on a higher up floor since ground floor didn't offer the nice Caribbean trade winds. Lower level rooms are very close to the air conditioners and they are loud and you miss out on the trade winds blowing through your room. Advantage is you are ground floor and you walk out your back door and head to the pool or beach. if I were to go back again I would choose a different room a little closer to the beach and at least one floor up.

Stayed at Playa Turquesa March 11 to March 21. Condo was privately owned but you felt like part of the whole community. The deck was huge with a bbq for steaks. Two large bedrooms and two full baths for 130 CDN per night. The Bam market was so handy for quick supplies and beverage refills. A short bus ride away was the Jumbo market which is like Walmart. Spent 300 CDN for our total supplies of food, rum, beer, vodka and liqueur. Electricty was extra and only cost us 6 dollars a night. We used the AC somewhat but mostly had it off as the sea breeze was more than enough. Booked through Airbnb. Would go back in a heart beat.

Great views, wonderful staff, amazing condo! elevator is in great condition and everything is well kept and maintained! Beach was well and seaweed free the entire week. Loved every minute of my stay and close restaurants were amazing and super market is right in the lobby. We stayed in condo k404 :)

Spent a wonderful month in condo P105 at Playa Turquesa Ocean Club in Punta Cana. Accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. This condo is very well equiped with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. We have stayed in many condos at this development and this one is by far the best. Many new restaurants have been added to the area so lots of choices for fine dining. Look forward to returning next year.

This condo at Playa Turquesa was fabulous! There were six of us (three couples) and it was perfect. We liked that it was walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and excursions. What we loved the most was the large balcony with its view of the beach and ocean. We spent almost every morning out there having coffee and cocktails in the evening. The condo is spacious, updated and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We never had to worry about finding chairs on the beach, as one of the "Beach Boys" would put chairs where ever we asked, and would bring us tables. We always felt very safe in the complex and walking around the area. Mary, the housekeeper is a gem. She was always there at the expected time, and while she speaks little English, she was always smiling and happy, and was very thorough in her cleaning. We had her cook for us one night and it was fabulous! It was great to have a home-cooked meal that we didn't have to cook! I would definitely recommend having her cook for you. We also had Manuel pick us up and return us to the airport. Again, he was on time (even a little early going back) and he was great to work with. It was one less thing we had to worry about. I would have to say that so far, this is the best condo we've ever stayed at.

This beachfront community has excellent security and is well kept. There are many comfortable loungers, two pools one with swim-up, and a beach club serving good food and drinks albeit at high prices. The one essential element missing is a gym and the one in town closed down (El Gym) so you will have to walk 15 minutes to get to So Good Fitness or walk along the "highway" beach i.e. very busy with walkers and peddlers. The restaurants and bars closeby are a positive but also negative because of the noise well into the evening, which you will hear if staying near the front of the building. Better to stay closer to beach if you like your sleep. Mattresses in our unit were very hard so I used the cushions of the patio furniture for some padding after a few days of no sleep. Kitchen and furnishing were of low quality and in bad shape as it was clearly a rental only unit. The high heat and humidity in this country shortens the useful span of things. Very few amenities were provided in unit i.e. no coffee filters, knives, placemats, sugar, basic spices etc. and only one roll of toilet paper! Be prepared to shop at the overpriced BAM market across the way.

This beachfront community has excellent security and is well maintained. There are also plenty of comofortable loungers by the beach and two pools - one is swim-up. At the beach there is also the TOC beach club which features live music sometimes, but is a little pricey. We stayed near the front of the building and I wouldn't recommend since the noise of the nearby bars filters in late into the evening. The noise coupled with the very hard mattress (used the cushions of the patio furniture for extra padding after a few days of no sleep) made for a very uncomfortable stay. Things rust out/deteriorate quickly in this humid hot country so our unit P103 required a major renovation as well. It was obviously not used by the owners and used as a rental only since it showed - no TLC!
