The entertainment wasn't very good, evenings were boring

desde que nos recibieron recibimos un servicio 5 estrella. Estuve leyendo muchos review y no les niego q hasta pensé cancelar pero decidimos venir y ahora puedo decir q tomamos una excelente decisión. Desde q reservamos el Hotel , Aidee y Laura nos ayudaron con las reservaciones; excelente y rápido servicio. Al check in time también nos recibieron con tragos de bienvenida y todos sonrientes , servicio al cliente los ayudo con el internet, Reynoso siempre al pendiente de nosotros nos enseño las habitaciones y fue muy explicito con todos los beneficios q íbamos a recibir por haber elegido Paradisus Punta Cana. En la noche el restaurante Manager súper gentil y los del servicio nos brindaron sus atenciones a son de bachata , un carisma sin igual. Luego visitamos el bar y tenían una orquesta de rock súper buena y disfrutamos del bar mamá Juana. Hoy día 2 desayunamos y el servicio fue excelente. Estamos en la playa y si hay vendedores pero no son agresivos como dicen en los reviews , usted le dicen q no y siguen su camino. En la playa nos atendió Felix wow el servicio de el ha sido a otro nivel, siempre atento , que si tenemos bebidas, que si queremos comer y el mismo nos ha traído las bebidas y comida he incluso un Servicio de frutas de sorpresa. Las reservaciones q hicimos todas excelentes, el servicio de limpieza y el servicio a la habitación también excelente. Todos fueron muy amables y siempre ofrecieron su mejor servicio y sonrisa.

The place is perfect for a family trip

The property facilities are new and the rooms have everything you need and beyond. The hotel is kid friendly, customer service is good at answering with questions specially Eliselot. The food is not wonderful but i said good enough. I came to spend time with my family so i’m not sure how is the party atmosphere at night. It is amazing for kids. They have lots of activities and a day care with lots of activities for kids all ages.

Advertised and shown with top shelf liquor however that is not the case. Only the swim out rooms have this and to upgrade was an insane proce of $1000nfor 5 days. Food was mediocre. The only two decent restaurants were the hibachi amd the grill near the pool. Staff was mostly friendly. Especially Jesus at the bar in the lobby. Entertainment was mediocre . They suggested the casino and bar next to us, also owned by Melia but it was pretty much the same. Some restaurants did not open on time as indicated. Water park in for small children and not teens.

The food on the buffet could be better. For the price i paid the quality of the food should be better. Everything else was 10/10

The property was beautiful

Beautiful hotel and really good food. I was not expecting that at an all inclusive. Very friendly staff members too. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Very clean, large rooms. Pools were clean and nice. Food was good.

Room service was very poor. Quality of the food at restaurants were poor also

Spectacular! The property had a wonderful combination of out-door and in-door spaces, immersed and surrounded by water. Extremely clean and pure. Food at the specialty restaurants was 5 star especially when we were offered the opportunity by Food & Beverage Manager Efren Urban to have Chef service a couple of nights. Buffets was full of choices and a lot of variety. Service was awesome! Pablo, our concierge made all of our reservations and needs during out 7 day stay. Most servers went out of their way to get you want we needed.

The resort was extremely clean. My family and I felt safe throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Jesus Evangelista and Jessica Ramos went above and beyond to law us feel like family. We will be retuning and referring this resort to family and friends.

From the day we got to the hotel to the last day the service was top notch excellent they can improve the steak in the in steak restaurant we paid for the wayu and the thomohak steak no taste at all, other wise everything was perfect. The kids club people super nice.

Great hotel, excellent service, i do prefer the Hotel Paradisus next door by the same hotel group Melia, but if you’re looking for a more peaceful and quiet Hotel this is the perfect spot. Beautiful layout, restaurants are average but on the positive side..
