Cockroaches in our room with a small tube tv that didn't work, the food was the worst I've ever eaten on vacation or at any hotel, the one and only pool closes at 6pm every day, everything is overpriced. We paid $3 for a small recees peanut butter cups candy bar. We will never go back!
Room had cockroaches, the food was horriable, our room had an old tube tv in it, no room service, our room phone didn't work, the entertainment was childish and lacked entertainment and everything is way over priced . Picture of the cockroach we killed before it crawled into our bag. We asked to change rooms and they said they would and never did! Worst vacation ever! Very disappointed!!
Hotel is pleasant, but all facility needs to be retrofitted! Currently, some patios are shutdown for reconstruction and hopefully, this hotel will get a second wind !
Very nice and beautiful the only setback was the only place that had air conditioner where the rooms.. but the rest of the hotel didn't I really bad for the employees that had to work in that Heat
I had a great experience with my family I'll recommend it to you guys it's a beautiful place!
Me and my husband booked this trip a few weeks before departing during the holiday season so it was somewhat pricey. Knowing we didn't want to shell out an exorbitant amount, we settled on Natura Park Resort. It's safe to say we should have spent the extra money. Upon walking into the reception area, I seriously thought I was at summer camp. There is nothing fancy about this place. The staff was fine except if you had a problem. Our shower didn't work the first day. When we called down, they said the whole hotel was affected and there's a problem with the water, and then hung up. We received a bottle of rum in our room the next day for the trouble. I really just wanted to shower (and be able to flush our toilet!) but I guess things happen. Upon arriving, we wanted to book the restaurants but surprise, surprise... reservations close down prior to check-in time. We went the next day and were told there were no reservations left for Tues-Fri. Hmm, okay. They slipped a reservation slip under our door for a 9 pm reservation for the Italian restaurant the next day. Needless to say, we should have just gone to the buffet. The pasta was oily and mushy. My last complaint (although I could really go on) was that the cheap liquor they serve made me feel quite ill, despite not drinking much at all. So I don't sound like a complete whiner, I will say the positives are that you will likely always get a lounge chair by the pool or under a hut at the beach which is awesome, and the buffet food was pretty good. The balcony attached to each room is also a nice feature. The pool is immaculate as well. Our experience was mostly negative and we would not recommend this resort.
On arrival at this hotel after a long time traveling we attempted to check in at Natura Park I was told by the front desk clerk that the hotel was OVERBOOKED. I asked to speak to the Front desk supervisor and explained to him that this vacation was already fully paid for. The staff were extremely unfriendly ,treated us like we were bothering them and did not seem to care. They informed me i would be put in another closeby hotel. We waited 2hrs at the front desk and an were refused access to a phone to call the our travel agency.. We asked to speak to the hotel manager , they refused to track him down. We had no other choice but to be "bumped" as they termed it to another nearby hotel . Horrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to even a dog !
The hotel was nice but the room seemed to need a little renovation and ventilation because it had a humidity smell. The food was good except for the special restaurants (Italian and Seafood). My boyfriend and I couldn't even taste the food and decided to go back to the buffet area for our dinner. The beach is clean! Something that I really enjoyed was the shows that they had every night....very entertaining! But definitely, I wouldn't go back to this hotel...
