Nicht wie erwartet

Unfreundliche Vermieterin. Wir durften den Indoor Pool nicht benutzen mit der Begründung dass wir das Meer in der Nähe haben und den Außenpool benutzen können. In den Bädern und teilweise in den Zimmer befinden sich Schimmel. Wir hatten keine Einweisung in das Haus. Die Duschen funktionieren nicht richtig. Sehr wenig Wasser Druck. Auf die Frage hat die Vermieterin auch gar nicht geantwortet und hat die Frage ignoriert. An einer Tür fällt der Türgriff regelmäßig ab. Es war sehr wenig Klopapier da, so dass wir neues kaufen mussten, selbes gilt für die Küchenrolle. Wir durften erste um 17:00 ein checken da das Haus nicht rechtzeitig sauber gemacht wurde. Zudem wurden wir aufgefordert um 9:30 die Villa zu verlassen, obwohl Check out um 10:00 ist. Der Grill war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand und es hat keine Bettwäsche für die Couch, obwohl von unserer Seite deswegen telefonisch nachgefragt wurde. In der Küche flackert das Licht.
