For additional sleeping arrangements there are also 2 sofa beds with mattresses, both suitable for 2 people. One bedroom has a double bed while two rooms have single beds which can be joined to form a double bed if required. This single-storey villa is perfect for your family vacation. With the small outdoor kitchen and barbecue, you can also enjoy your favorite meals in the open air or next to the pool while the children play on the trampoline and slide in the garden. All rooms are modernly furnished and adapt to your needs. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen (which is connected to the living room and dining area) while overlooking the pool area, which is surrounded by sun loungers and large parasols. Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus mit einen sehr schönen Außenbereich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kroatien reisen würden wir das Haus wieder nehmen.Die Gegend dort ist nicht ganz so schön, dennoch ist man mit Auto und Fahrrad schnell an schöne andere Orte. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall !!!

Wir waren drei Wochen in der Villa Elena untergebracht.

Wir waren drei Wochen in der Villa Elena untergebracht. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wenn man irgendetwas braucht, genügt eine kurze Nachricht übers Handy und der Vermieter ist immer parat. Das Haus ist super geräumig. Es ist modern eingerichtet, die Fenster sind alle dicht und mit Rollos versehen und an jedem Fenster sind Moskitonetze. Die Küche ist ein Traum. Zum XXL-Kühlschrank gibt es zusätzlich noch einen Getränkekühlschrank. Die Betten sind bequem, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Selbst mit meinem Wirbelsäulenschaden konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool. Der Vermieter kümmert sich diskret morgens um 5 Uhr um den Pool und die Rasenpflege, man bekommt überhaupt nichts mit. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück bietet vollständige Privatsphäre. Man hat hier seine Ruhe. Der eigene Holzkohlegrill ist super. Wir haben es genossen, abends unseren Fisch oder Fleisch selbst zu grillen. Eine kleine Anregung unsererseits wäre, noch eine Lampe beim Grill anzubringen. Da wir im September dort waren, wurde es gegen 19.30 Uhr bereits dunkel und dann ist es notwendig, mit einer Taschenlampe zu grillen. Fußläufig ist in ca. 6 Minuten (450m)ein kleiner Minimarkt. Alle großen Geschäfte (z.B. die Pula City Mall) und viele Supermärkte sind in 6 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (3km). Das Haus ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge aller Art ob Strand, Kultur oder Essen gehen. Auf jeden Fall wird uns der Urlaub in der Villa Elena unvergesslich bleiben und wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.
