Wundervolles Haus bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Innen viel Platz und mit drei Klimageräten individuell ausgestattet. Ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem komplett umzäunten Gelände. Empfang und Betreuung während unseres Urlaubs war super. Besitzer sehr nett, kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit vor Ort. Super Anbindung in alle Richtungen. In Pula ist man innerhalb von 5 Min mit dem Auto. Wärmstens zu empfehlen! Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und hilft bei sämtlichen Anliegen - sehr löblich. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank für die tollen zwei Wochen. Viele Grüße

Urlaub mit Mutter in Pula / Istrien

Positiv: - Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten - Elektrisches Schiebetor zur Hauseinfahrt - Größe und Einstieg des Pools - Zwei sehr große und hohe Beschattungen durch Schirme am Pool (ca. 300 cm Höhe) Sehr gepflegte Kochmöglichkeiten, z.B. Außengrill Negativ: - Für 6 Sonnenliegen zunächst zwei, später nur eine Polsterauflage zur Verfügung gestellt - Schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche des Badezimmers meiner Mutter - Vermieterin reagiert zwar direkt auf Anfragen, erscheint dann aber unangemeldet und gerne über den rückwärtigen Grundstückszugang. Dieses Verhalten kann eine 87-jähre Frau durchaus erschrecken. Beispiel: Wegen der Vorhersage eines Sturmtiefes wurden die schweren Schirme ohne Ankündigung von zwei Personen aus Sicherheitsgründen abgebaut. Ich habe dann mit großer Mühe und mit Hilfe eines Nachbarn die Sonnenschirme wieder aufgebaut, weil der Sturm tagsüber ausblieb. Sonnenschein, 27°. Über Kurzmitteilung wurde jedoch von der Vermieterin verlangt, die Schirme vor unserer Abreise wieder abzubauen. Mehrere Male wurden wir in einem etwas `sportlichem` Tonfall darauf hingewiesen, dass wir spätestens 10:00 Uhr das Haus zu verlassen hätten. Das war uns jedoch bereits bei Vertragsaufnahme bekannt. Alles in allem war die Vermieterin freundlich, aber ebenso übergriffig. Wenn ich ein Objekt miete, habe ich ein Recht darauf, dass ein Vermieter sich anmeldet und nicht das Grundstück ohne Absprache über den Gartenzugang betritt. Kurzfristiger Kontakt über Smartphone hätte stattfinden können. Wir haben einen Privatpool gemietet, weil meine Mutter im Meer nicht mehr schwimmen kann. Die Temperatur des Wassers war, verglichen mit der von anderen durch uns gemieteten Objekten, z.B. Mallorca, definitiv zu kalt. Ich räume ein, dass wir diesen Punkt während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bemängelt haben. Insgesamt, bis auf den Schimmel, Wassertemperatur und Absprache - Defizit, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, weil das Haus ansonsten genau unseren Wünschen entsprach. Sehr nett war es von der Vermieterin, dass sie sich sofort darum Bemüht hat, das 24 - sündige Hundegebell des Nachbarhundes zu beheben. Auf den umliegenden Grundstücken sind jedoch zahlreiche laut bellende Hunde ansässig (Tag und Nacht), so dass es für uns sehr schwer war, dem Großstadtlärm zu entfliehen und in Skatari Ruhe zu finden.
