The villa can accommodate fourteen people and offers seven en-suite bedrooms, a private pool and beautiful sea views. The first floor of the villa has an entrance hall, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a bedroom with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with a separate bathroom, a bedroom with two beds and a separate bathroom, as well as a terrace with a beautiful sea view. Villa Aquarius is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed, the location of Villa Aquarius is just perfect: it is only 2 km away from the first beaches, is close to the city center of Pula and is only a short drive away from Fazana, from where you can rent a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands, a fabulous national park.
