I had a good experience over all. I stayed there for 10 days. I was on a business trip. No noise at night so I could have a good sleep at night - that was my most important factor for me. Don't count on the hotel wake up call service.

The hotel is across the street from the Mundo Maya Museum which is outstanding. Newer hotel in great condition. Taxi charges $100 pesos to get to downtown, which is a great price. Felt very safe.
