The rooms were always clean but what made extra special our stay was the súper friendly staff, especially Lucila. She smiled always and did everything we needed, acted as concierge, bussed tables, recommended restaurants and places to visited, day and night. Every other staff member was the same. Como es un hotel recoen abierto en noviembre aun les falta petsonal para atender, habia cupo lleno y hubo problemas con el agua fria en la regadera, el salon de desayuno bufete es muy pequeño, aunado a esto habia congreso local con deaayuno incluido asi que empeoro el espacio y servicio. Tiene buena hubicacion esta cerca de galerias, del centro si esta retirado. Ojala mejore todos estos detalles
