The people in merida are frendly and clean city. Cops are there to protect and they do their job. They respect traffic lights and the city is super clean. The hotel was amazing

El hotel muy tranquilo y bonito. Ubicado cerca a restaurantes, droguerías y un centro comercial. Las instalaciones modernas y agradables. No me gustó que algunos olores muy fuertes, provenientes de las cocinas de las habitaciones se concentraban en los pasillos y eso producía un ambiente pesado. La comida tenía un muy buen sabor, pero llega un momento en que es muy reiterativa y aburre. La mayoría del staff son personas agradables y muy serviciales. En general creo que fue una muy buena experiencia para mi familia y yo, y definitivamente regresaríamos a ese hotel.

Enjoyed my stay! The room had everything I needed including a fully stocked kitchen. I was disappointed that the rooftop pool and bar was not staffed or used. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have a shuttle with a certain radius and can arrange a taxi as well. It’s a little outside of the city but transportation is easy.
