Everyone at this property is extremely nice. We had a three bedroom suite with an ocean view and it was pretty decent. The air conditioning was nice and cold the water pressure was excellent and the staff was great

The view was stunning! The nuance of the hotel is Mexican and you don’t ever have to leave!

We read the reviews before booking and found a frequent complaint that this place was on a hill. It was but it was less than a 2 minute walk from the main square of Sayulita for a couple of twenty year olds. Really easy although on the nights you party a little too hard you may want to grab a quick taxi up the hill for 60 pesos (literally like 3 dollars). Air conditioner worked, space was clean, staff was friendly!

Nice and quiet. A little too up in the hills for me to walk down and back up from the beach each day. Otherwise a nice inexpensive place to stay. Get one of the rooms with a balcony. Sting Wi-Fi Service.

When we arrived, they tried to put us in a stinky dungeon room. It was supposed to be "garden" or pool view, but you can't really view anything when the window is way above your head. We paid the difference to be upgraded to an ocean-view room and it was worth it. The bad: Stinky bathroom smelling of mildew, shower has mold all over it like it's never cleaned. Must wear flip flops in the shower. Be sure to have a fan, white noise phone app, and/or ear plugs because birds or creatures across the street will make loud, creepy, squawking noises all night long. Beds are very hard, but we could deal with it. The good: The balconies. Spend the extra money for a room with a balcony (3rd or 4th floor). They are beautiful with a gorgeous ocean and mountain view. The staff, while not able to speak English, were very nice and as helpful as they could be, given the language barrier. We wouldn't stay there again due to the cleanliness issue.

The accommodations and staff were great. A short walk to the town square and the beach. If you have ever been to Sayulita you know you will have to do some walking. The staff were so friendly and accomidating. They answere all of my questions before we arrived promptly. I would stay here gain when we return to Sayulita. My only complaint would be the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The bed was very firm and not really that comfortable. We ended up sleeping in the other room that had two twin beds. It was very 1950's Lucile Ball!
