Spacious home with private heated pool

The layout of the house is very functional. 2 stories with 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each with it’s own 3 piece bathroom, and 1 bedroom on the first floor along with all the other amenities, kitchen, living room, patio, BBQ, private heated pool (30 C), washing machine and dryer. The Interior features A/C in all the rooms, marble flooring, fully equipped kitchen, and tasteful decor.

Excellent location, short taxi ride to many location; 15 min from the airport, 10 minute to “el Malecón”, minutes away to supermarkets (Costco), restaurants, bars, shopping centers, downtown and the hotel zone beaches
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Extra Charge

Owner sent a message day before we arrived asking if we were prepared for our stay with 10 people. We told him we had 13 now but listing said sleeps up to 14 so no problem. He sent us a message while we were at the airport to fly out saying it would be an additional $$$$ for the additional people. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! OUTRAGEOUS! This can not be the practice of owners at the last minute, something needs to be done.

Good overall

There were a few things but other than that the stay was great. One or two of the stove burners didn’t work (the others did so we made it work) one of the steps of the stairs is broken and one could injure themselves, bathroom sink in one of the restrooms has a sharp pokey corner which we hit multiple times while using the restroom. Location was great, everything else in home was good and fairly clean. Request to access laundry room in advance, felt like we had to request multiple times.
