Very clean well kept property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was really good, which is hard to find in an all inclusive hotel.

Starting with the negatives. I paid extra for a "grand" ocean view with king bed. Upon check in, they informed me that they only had 2 double beds available, and that beds were only a "suggestion". Great start to the romantic weekend away with my husband. Our upgraded room's view was of the ocean, but right in the middle of it was the huge roof of the gazebo which blocked most of it. Fair warning!!!! the wall and doors to the toilet and shower are lightly frosted glass which you can really see through. Sitting on the bed, you get a lovely view of the other person stripping down or sitting on the toilet. So thankful we didn't have our teen son and daughter with us, as this would've been extremely inappropriate. Last negative, sitting poolside first day, we couldn't get anyone to take our drink order. They would stop at the table next to ours and never come back. We had to walk up to the bar for every drink, not a huge deal, just more irritating. And yes, we are always polite, smile, say please and thank you and tip well. ;) Positives include service everyday but the first day. On top of it, with smiles and high energy. Super comfy beds and bedding. Food at the buffet was pretty standard, with a few standouts like the omelette station, juice bar, and roast beef. The dinner and service at the Italian restaurant was wonderful. I had grilled fish and veggies, and my husband had the seafood pasta. I would come back, but I know what to expect now.

I love this resort! The atmosphere is just what we like. I wish they didn’t have staff trying to sale time shares the whole time. I must have told the same gentleman 6 times in 3 days no!

Excellent food, we were beyond impressed! The service and hotel atmosphere was super!

After much research, my family of 4 ended up at The Sheraton. It was perfect! The property was very clean, comfortable beds and excellent service.

I had trips to a lot of resorts this one was the worst experience, I will never reserve again, the service was bad, they concern only about your miner how to drag more money from your pocket, I reserved all inclusive and still they asked me to pay for a beer, when I reserved excursion from inside the hotel was all lies they never give you the whole story and they don’t have time for you, the receptionist was awful, never smiles and he is looking to the guys behind me to serve them like he is telling me don’t ask any questions, food wasn’t good for the price I paid on the buffet. What kind a hotel is this, never go there again.

Did not like the hi pressure time share marketing they said give 90 minutes of you time witch turned out to be about 4 hours I didn’t pay to get harassed by their timeshare sales team

The room was nice but way overpriced. The front desk and restaurant staff were unhelpful to the point of rudeness. The ac didn't work and the hotel didn't care...for the price there are way better hotels around.

Upon checking in we were told we did not have all inclusive and I had to call Orbitz customer care to verify this was certain. This whole process delayed our dinner reservations and cost me additionally because I had to pay to call internationally.

The staff at the property did an excellent job. All of the restaurants were excellent. The bartender worked hard and mixed great drinks.

staff good beds not good over all good exprience staff are friendly very helpful

Nice resort. Food was good. Beach is rocky in front of hotel, but the pool areas are very nice.

I give your Hotel 3 nots. 1. Bartenders to young with an attitude, not aceptable, when most turistas drink 50% of the time. 2. Not accepting the American dollars at the bars when purchasing drinks not included in the all “inclusive”package is a total negative experience. 3. Not exchange the American dollars for pesos with out an American passport on hand Is a terrible move.

Booked two rooms in this hotel for myself and three 20-30 year old kids knowing that it was located close to the Malecon, which was an easy walk to the party spots. Upon arrival, I was 'upgraded' to one of the older rooms, which ended up having only a King sized bed, so, we made due with that arrangement for the week. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the buffett had many different options everyday and was overall pretty good. The themed dinner nights with live entertainment turned out to be the best aspect of the place, good food, good service, and a fun environment. The pool bars seemed a little slow on the service compared to other places in Mexico that I have stayed at, but still got the job done to my satisfaction. Big downside to the place is that the beach is really not a swimming or snorkeling beach. But way ahead of that on the list of downsides is the hotels lack of concern for the following of the pool rules, specifically the reservation of lounge chairs no earlier than 10:00 a.m....rude people claiming their chairs at 6:00 a.m., but not showing up until noon or later. Per capita more smokers than any hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico, surely related to most of the travelers country of origin at the time of year (March,) and feeling entitled to blow their toxic, foul, stinky smoke in your direction at the pool and bars. Oh yeah, skip the time-share, 'not time-share' deal...highest pressure I've endured in one of these 'presentations.'

We paid for a garden room but it also came with a view of the ocean. Our friends stayed in ocean view rooms and their rooms were updated, our room was pretty outdated. Great breakfast buffet! Beautifully kept grounds. All staff was incredibly friendly! Juan at the pool bar was one of our favorites!

We are a family of 5 and did the all inclusive. Food was actually pretty good, I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews but food didn’t disappoint. Some restaurants require a reservation which was a bummer-who wants to be on a schedule on their vacation? We had a great view from our room, housekeeping did a good job. Bathroom shower had some moldy spots which was a little gross but I get that the humidity doesn’t help. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner-theirs isn’t good. Pool area is decent, good customer service is hit or miss. Overall, we’d stay here again if the price was right. Location is good, only a $2.00 (US) Uber ride to the Malecón.

Ok place. Food was ok staff is very good. Ok for the price
