It is an old apartment building attached to a resort and because of that you do not have access to the beach unless you pay extra. They wanted to charge an extra $100 dollars per person per day to have access to the beach. If you don't want to pay the extra fee to access the beach when it is literally right in front of you, you will have to walk a 15 minute walk(which they claim is a 5 minute walk) to access the beach. On top of the 15 minute walk, the walk is not pedestrian friendly. You have to dodge cars and after that you have to walk through a walkway that is not the cleanest and honestly looks a little unsafe, since there are homeless people sitting in that area. Also, we were warned not to walk to the beach when its dark because the river has crocodiles, which you can see during the day. In my opinion, there's no reason to pay a beach front fee when you cant access the beach. Also, you can't leave the property or come back into the property before checking in with security. And this is every single time you leave and come back in. They even question the uber/taxi drivers for their information. Another issue is that the back sliding doors do not lock and the front door dead bolt was missing. It looked like someone had kicked it in and broke it. The AC is old and does not cool the property enough. You have to have the humidifier on all day and cleaning out every day. Also, the rail in balcony is way too low. Definitely not safe for kids or adults that have been drinking.

Great view!

We stayed at the condo for 7 nights. The place had a great view, it was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The building is older and so is the apartment, the front door looked like it was barely attached to the frame and had a busted upper lock.We didn’t experience any problems and overall enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous View

We just returned home from a week in PV. This was the perfect condo to get up every morning and watch the whales in the bay. It was the highlight of each day. Adam was a great host and very responsive.

High up gem!

The view from this apartment is incredible and its location is very convenient. It was perfect for our family trip since we really took advantage of the resort pool and beach access and it was across the Food Park which is perfect with little ones (lots of delicious options and a little playground). Going to Zona Romántica was an easy Uber ride away and it was close to the airport and other activities in the Vallarta area. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Beautiful condo and view

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, a short walk to great restaurants, entertainment, shopping and not far from the Malecon. The communication with Adam was terrific. He was helpful and responsive. The view magnificent. All in all a great stay !!

What a place!

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment with million dollar views! Such a beautiful location to be able to watch nightly sunsets after a long day lounging by the pool. Adam was a magnificent host & very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay. I couldn’t recommend this option highly enough

Million dollar view

The condo was nicely renovated and comfortable. The view was stunning and I walked the beach daily. The pool was big and fun for my 19 year olds. Easy access to fantastic local restaurants ie la Madelena

Comfortable condo

The condo was exactly as pictured and a good place to use as a base. Clean, comfortable and close to amenities. Didn’t appreciate the resort pools as my kids weren’t allowed to use the kids pool and couldn’t get to the beach in the evening as weren’t part of the resort all-inclusive.

Unmatched view with all the amenities

The view was great and to see whales, ocean and the entertainment going on below and fire works. Updated and a lot of extras to feel more comfortable and luxurious. Theres a nice food park, restaurants and a mall for ice cream in walking distance. Adam was very accommodating. The pool and beach was nice. Fyi. We had 6 people so we found it cheaper to get a cab out on the main street than from hotel doors bc they kept giving us a big van

Adam is AMAZING🤩🤩

From start to finish Adam is very attentive to your needs. The condo has been beautifully decorated. The view is out of this world. We even got to see the whales in the ocean. View is breathtaking during the day and at night. Adam even gave suggestions of things to do. Make sure that every member of party wants to purchase the bracelets. It’s an all or nothing situation with the resort. We spent most of our time n the city and didn’t get to enjoy the hotel. Would definitely say again with Adam.
