A stand out, new condo on the 6th floor combining the best of modern Mexican style and top notch amenities - complete with stunning views of Old Town Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas.

NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) there may be noise in the condo coming from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

This one-bedroom condo features a comfortable king-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, and two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, there is a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and toaster at your disposal with indoor seating for up to 4.

A private balcony is just off of the living area and has seating for two. Enjoy the lush greenery, ocean views, and action taking place on the cobblestone streets below. 

The living area sports a high-definition Smart TV with a Fire TV Cube, access to Netflix, Youtube, and Spotify. Telephone service to USA/Canada is available at no extra cost as is WiFi internet with speeds up to 50 MBPS (unheard of in Vallarta) for all your entertainment or business needs.

Common Amenities

The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling semi-Olympic lap pool accompanied by several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor cinema. The rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, saltwater, and freshwater jacuzzi, bar area, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica. With a push of the button, you can let your friends in to join you for a movie or BBQ on the roof (just be sure to let us know they'll be joining you beforehand).

The Neighborhood

The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is within walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other Things to Note
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Condo GREAT. Book your own excursions

We loved the convo and its location. Close to everything. We didn’t notice the club noise while in the bedroom. We did have a problem with the excursions we book through concierge. Vallarta Adventures charged an additional 20 fee per person that is only charged when you book through a third party. Make sure you are ask about all fees and get it in writing.

Amazing Place to Stay

Our stay was amazing, it was the perfect location for us and what we were looking for. Everything described and every picture is exactly how it is when you see it in person. Our host was great, communicating with us from the moment we booked until our check out. We were greeted by our host upon our arrival and did a walk through the condo explaining all of the features and amenities. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. The noise from Mr. Flamingos bar wasn’t as bad as described by other reviews. There is also earplugs provided if it was too much for us. Beautiful place to stay with partial views of the Ocean.

We loved the location, the rental property company was wonderful and responsive, and the unit was exactly as shown (my biggest fear!). Really fantastic stay close to everything. (Very loud bar area till the wee hours but with ear plugs or white noise it was totally fine, especially because the bedroom is at the back/inside the unit. Would highly recommend this condo. And front door staff were always friendly and helpful.

Very nice unit, good location

Overall, a very nice stay. The unit is new, well equipped and comfortable with one small negative: not enough light over bathroom sinks. The location is good for walking around the Romantic Zone and Malacon with plenty of restaurants and entertainment close by. The only negatives about the location is the noise from some entertainment business near by that lasts into the early morning hours and the lack of a view of the bay.
