Five Stars! Perfect Stay in Zona Romantica! This was the perfect place to stay for exploring Zona Romantica! The location is ideal—close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The space was just right for the two of us, with stunning views of the city and ocean. We especially loved the rooftop pool area—absolutely gorgeous—and the drinks from the bar were fantastic. We felt very safe thanks to the attentive security, and the staff gave us great recommendations that made our trip even better. I would absolutely stay here again!

Was much easier then expected to enter at nights. Said needed a code but had a desk person until late. Concierge staff Karen was extremely helpful and responsive. Wish had similar staff in Hawaii. Would hire 20 of her

I stayed for a week - a perfect get-away in the heart of Romantica Zone - Everything was easy to walk to and the rooftop pool was amazing - I also used the gym for a workout, which was nice - I brought my pet and she loved being out on the deck - Everything was easy including the pick-up and drop-off from the airport - Would definitely go back - Thank you
