Hotel Boutique OZ Sayulita

I’ll never stay in this property or recommend it to anyone. Very noisy, let me rephrase it “extremely noisy” no way to get a hold of management since there is no phones in the rooms, or management doesn’t hang around the lobby area at night. There is a bar on the first floor that likes to play extremely loud music yay night with no consideration to their guest. Bathrooms are very old, leaking ceilings, things falling apart. And in the kitchen, don’t even try to drink the water on the glass bottles, they are moldy. I’ll attached pictures for reference if needed.

Central location, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff

It's in a great location, but certainly on the loud side. So if you're a light sleeper, make sure you're on the first level which is protected from the street noise. But overall the experience was wonderful. The staff is INCREDIBLE. The room was cleaned every day, and the morning breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. I would highly recommend the OZ hotel. You will be well taken care of. Just don't be surprised if its loud, I warned ya :)

I loved our stay! The rooms are beautiful, the staff in the front desk is amazing! The cleaners do a beautiful job, the location of the hotel is perfect. I am coming back really soon:) I would highly recommend staying here

Great place

The security and limited entrance is assuring. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The House keeping was quick and clean. Roof top pool was clean and has a beautiful view. Again the staff is very professional and friendly.

The location was convenient as expected. The front desk staff was very kind and accomodating. But the remainder was a real life version of “Instagram vs. Reality”— the carefully-angled photos of their listing had me believing it would be a cool modern boutique hotel. It wasn’t. At all. The rooms all face the building hallways and you cannot open the windows/sliding doors with any degree of privacy, so curtains and doors have to stay closed. It was clear the maintenance staff could not keep up- the ashtrays throughout the property were always full; the 9-11am included breakfast was out of most food items, clean plates, and clean cups by 9:30; there was a gigantic collection of mops and buckets and cleaning carts right outside the elevator doors (2nd floor) and sprinkled throughout the property. The bedding was mediocre, the towels were tiny and rough and only 1 per person was given- so you dry yourself the next day with a small still-moist towel. No bath (floor) mats are provided so water gets everywhere. This hotel felt like a superb marketing team has sold a lot of people on coming to stay in a hotel that does NOT have the staff bandwidth or attention to detail to live up to its photos or description.

Great location, nice room, delicious breakfast included. Things disliked, common balcony to the room sliding door lock did not work. Although they quickly provided a temporary fix. Would stay here again.

Great location - kind of at the edge of town so very quiet but the town is so walkable you are still a 20 second walk to the closest bar, restaurant and shop! Nice pool and pool bar. Great restaurant. Friendly staff with free filtered water. Our room was a little loud if there were a lot of people in the restaurant otherwise quiet. They arranged transportation for us both directions.

We had an incredible stay at the Hotel Boutique Oz in Sayulita. The hotel was in the perfect location- 3-4 minute walk from the beach and from the little square with restaurants/bars. All of the staff were so friendly. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and having a poolside cocktail with a beautiful view. Our room was just what we needed- clean and icy cool thanks to the awesome AC that saved us from the summer heat. Breakfast is included and the made to order chilaquiles were so delicious we asked for them everyday! Loved having water bottles readily available. All around a really great place to stay- we will for sure be back!

they need better towels, but besides this the experience and service of the staff was awesome. Its very good located withing walking distance.

Wonderful hotel and location. Perfectly located near the town square as well as the beach. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the town and any events happening. Free Breakfast was always different and delicious. We will be back. The only slight issue was that there are roosters across the street, but by the second day we were totally used to them. I think there are roosters everywhere though. Not just here.

Very nice property. Beautiful rooftop and interesting architecture. Bed was comfortable.

Everyone provided great customer service. The breakfast was good and the pool bar had great drinks. The wood decor is very nice. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free valet parking.

Enjoyed myself at this place tremendously while staying there with my girlfriend

The hotel is a nice hotel but there is a large variety of room sizes. If you get unlucky as we did, you will get a room with no windows except a small door window, which smells of moisture due to no sun coming into the room, bad design. So if you get lucky you'll have a nice room with windows and maybe a balcony. Also you will get a 5:30am alarm clock from the roosters which I didn't mind but others did. The place and people at the hotel are great, the only bad experience was the room with no window and smell.
