The pool was clean, and thats about it. This is not a 4 property, I would put it at a 3. Food was not very good, the only restaurant it was good was the Italian. I dont tend to write bad reviews, this place was terrible. A latte cost extra, icecream extra, there are no snacks anywhere, this is my 4th all-inclusive stay at a variety of resorts, I would not stay here again.

Room service was horrible, Staff were not aware of the rules for children and giving us hard time and every time we have to het a manager involved to remind their own staff about the property rules.

Food was good and staff was friendly. I’ll be back!

I have been to many hotels in Puerto Vallarta. This was our first Tim at the Hilton. Let me start by saying that there was four of us that travelled here. Two stayed at the Hilton and two at The Hilton Hacienda the connected property. This review is only for the Hilton. I stayed here from February 20-24th, 2019. The Hilton is an overall smaller property that is modern and super nice. The staff was very accommodating and on point. I’ll review a couple of areas including property, food, and things that need improvement for an overall excellent rating. Property: The property was very very nice. It was modern design. The pool was amazing. The pool at the sushi bar on the 6th floor is for adults only but was super amazing. The property is all beach front. Our room was 645, that had a view of the pool and beach. Super nice! If you stay in any of the Hilton rooms you have to put your room key in the slot at the entrance to activate electricity. Americans are not use to this so make sure your aware. Food: I saw mixed reviews in this online. My experience was the the Buffet was good! It was a happy mix. There are four restaurants that require an appointment. We tried the French which was excellent and the Italian that was alright but not excellent. We also tried the sushi bar on the top floor which was excellent. Amazingly good sushi compared to other experiences with Mexico sushi. Improvements: WiFi was horrible at this hotel. No cell service in lobby.

The all inclusive situation was a pain - you had to go to another building before the concierge left (early) to book reservations each day and the times were very limiting. It was very inconvenient. Overall amenities were dated and lacking.

No entertainment at all. Food was the worst ever. We had to go out and eat due to lack of options. Everyday the same food and it was all just terrible. For a hilton they should definitely have more options we were literally starving everyday thinking what can we do to get over the hunger. Barmens dont know how to do proper drinks that was also very dissapointing. Puerto Vallarta is very nice for a family vacation but the hilton was just not worth the money we ended paying for a 10 day stay. We talked to other people who were staying at the property and they were all complaining about the same things. Especially the food! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a great experience. It didn't seem over crowded. The restaurant food could do better but I did enjoy the buffet food. The hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

during a 6 night stay, we had to request to have the room serviced 4 times. Each time we waited until 5 PM before requesting the service, giving the benefit of the doubt. The hotel was not crowded by any measure...in fact, quite the opposite. Of those 4 requests, we had to ask for towels twice after the room had been serviced.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful! All staff was very friendly. The food is nothing to rave about, everything was very bland. We didn't try any of the restaurants other than the buffet and beach restaurant during the day, we went elsewhere for dinner. The pool is beautiful and not packed at all. Amazing views from our room on the 8th floor. The lobby is GORGEOUS!

The location of the hotel is amazing! Close to the beach close to town. Rooms very clean but slightly dated. The staff were ok but not great. They were great when you tipped them. The food always Luke warm not hot. Pool lovely rooftop adult pool lovelier.

This is a small all inclusive resort. There's only one pool which is picutured in their ads. No pool bar. You have to go to the lobby bar for a drink or find a waiter. You can tell the hotel was beautiful when it opened but at some point, they've let it go. None of the water features on the property were filled and running. There are speakers around the pool but no music is played. The rooms are spacious but the furniture is stained, worn and needs to be re-upholstered. The food options are not great either. Buffet is mediocre. Not many options and food temperature never right. Cold foods not really cold and hot foods luke warm at best. This was a concern beyond food taste and selection. The other restaurants on the property require reservations. FOGO the Brazilian steakhouse is the only one with quality protein offerings. La Catrina and Delice were same quality of buffet. My fish came out dry and cold. Some wait staff are friendly while others avoid eye contact so you can't ask for a drink or help. This was a family vacation and we enjoyed ourselves. But we wouldn't return.

Location is convince but not the best, there are nicer beaches

The hotel was nice and everything was included for food and drinks. The hotel does not accomadate wifi in the rooms and the beach solicitors are awful! The last issue that I had with the hotel are the restaurant selctions being reserved. They're time perimeters (9am-2)set to make reservations and they may or may not answer the phone. The hotel was beautiful and calm and had a nice ambience.

Just finished a fabulous 9 day vacation at the Hilton PV. It was our second time staying there and we just loved it. Great for the kids!! If you can spend a little extra $$ try and book a junior suite. They are spacious and have fabulous views and the decks are nice and big as well. The restaurants do not disappoint. For an all inclusive it's one of the best we've been to. The breakfast in Seafire is the best. Something for everyone. It was a tad more crowded than we normally like.....in addition to it being spring break, it was Mexican Holiday so the hotel was at full capacity. The service did not suffer though. We traveled with a big group and were always accommodated. Tipping goes far as they work their tails off for very little wage. Nicholas at the pool is fabulous....so is Joel and Herbierto. Alex and Jesus in the Seafire are also phenomenal servers. Overall a great place to relax, get sun, eat well and have fun.

This was our first time staying at this resort and we loved it! The staff here is very attentive and friendly. Our favorite was Blanca she always made sure we were having a good time. This resort has some amazing views especially from the rooftop owest lounge, simply beautiful. The buffet was ok not too much to chose from. The Fogo restaurant was delicious and the staff there were great. This resort is more of a relaxing and family oriented hotel so if you are looking for a party scene this is not the place. The malecon was just a short distance away though were you can find all u need there. Can not say more about the wonderful staff that made our stay so much better. Erik at the bar, kaleb for his service and our new amiga blanca ...gracias ,gracias gracias!

Good things: location and price . Bad things: my room was cleaned too late around 4:00 pm everyday. The bathroom in the room was kind of weird there was no privacy .there isn't a main door in the bathroom . On one side you have the shower and on the other the toilet . The buffet wasn't good at all. They need more variety and real Mexican food.
